You woke up on a normal Sunday morning to the sound of your boyfriends loud music coming from the kitchen. You walked out to the kitchen and saw him dancing at the stove.
"I didn't know making pancakes required a full dance routine?" You said sneaking up behind him.
"Oh um," he turned bright red, "I'm sorry, did I wake you up?" You laughed at how adorable he was.
"No, well, maybe," you stepped closer and messed up his hair more. You went up on your tipy toes and kissed him.
"So what are you gonna do with that one?" You questioned pointing at the burnt pancake he had left on the pan.
"Oh shit!" he quickly said turning around and shutting off the stove. You jumped up and sat on the island in your kitchen.
"Dont burn down the apartment please," you teased. He threw the burnt pancake in the trash. You guys dog, D/N(Dogs name) came over.
"Aww D/N! You're such a good boy!" You said as he wagged his tail.
"You wanna just get something at the diner? I cant cook," C/N said.
"I thought you'd never ask," you jumped off the counter and kissed him on the cheek.
"I'm getting in the shower," you said and walked away.
~C/N POV~
I quickly called BSF/N.
"What now C/N?"
"Im nervous."
"Well dont be, its gonna go fine."
"Are you sure? What if sh-"
"Shut the fuck up. Shes gonna say yes, now stop freaking out im trying to set this up for you."
"Okay, Okay, bye"
"Goodbye C/N" She hung up and I went into the room to get dressed.
~NO ONES POV~
You walked out and saw C/N laying on the bed.
"You know you dont have to get dressed," he said with a smirk, "we can just stay here all day." You rolled your eyes.
"If you want me that bad you're gonna have to wait until later," you said as you grabbed the comforter off the bed and threw it at him. He laughed and you got dressed.
"Ready?" he asked standing up.
"No but almost, I just gotta put on some make up," you said walking to your vanity.
"Babe you know you dont need it," he said coming up behind you and wrapping his arms around you.
"Yeah Yeah, you say that everyday," you replied laying your head back on his shoulder.
"I know but its true."
"Go make sure D/N is good so we can leave."
"Okay," he let go of you and walked out to let the dog out and make sure his food and water bowls were full. You walked out and saw him cuddling D/N on the couch.
"Ready?" you asked him.
"Yup!" You both said bye to the dog and went out and got in the car. After a bit you passed the diner you usually went to.
"Where are we going," you questioned.
"Its a surprise." he didnt take his eyes off the road. You thought he seemed different, like this was your first date all over again. He looked nervous, which was quite strange. after about five more minutes he pulled into a long driveway.
"Do I get to know what we're doing yet?" you questioned.
"Just a bit longer," he said while parking.
"What is this place?" there was a fairly large building, and there were other cars around.
"Uh, wait here," he sounded like he was questioning himself. You nodded and he walked to the door. He poked his head and it seemed like he was talking to someone. He came back to the car and opened your door.
"Come on," he said. You unbuckled and he grabbed your hand. You walked towards the building.
"Is it still a secret?" you asked, hoping you would get to know whats happening.
"Still a secret," he laughed. You walked in and saw your best friend.
"BSF/N?" You were confused, "Whats going on." A few of your friends were there and it was like a party.
"Is it someone's birthday?" You questioned, "If it is then why was it a surprise for me?"
"Babe its just a party," C/N continued, "Nothing crazy." You nodded, still confused.
"LETS PARTY!!" your guy best friend, B-BSF/N, screamed. You looked back up at C/N and giggled. He winked at you and grabbed your hand.
"Lets go," he dragged you to the crowed where everyone was dancing. After a while of dancing, laughing, and just everyone having a great time the lights dimmed as you were talking to BSF/N. As you looked around in confusion a light came on, on the stage, shining right on C/N. He looked you in the eye and motioned for you to come up on the stage with him. You power walked up.
   He started, "Y/N, 2 years ago you captured my heart by being exactly who you are. The sweetest, most loving, compassionate, and sensitive person I have ever known.
  You have been my very best friend through the good and the bad. You have been the reason that I smile and you have given comfort beyond measure when I have cried
You have believed in me when no one else would, and you have shown me how to love with passion, purity, and unconditional acceptance. i'm not sure a lifetime is long enough to retire all you have given to me, but I promise the rest of my days I'll spend by your side.
    To laugh with you and cry with you, to believe in you and support you. In poverty, I promise to do everything to make our love rich, and in wealth to never let our love grow poor.
   Together we are better than we could ever hope to be alone, and today I give you my love, my trust, and my fidelity forever. You will ALWAYS be the best part of my day," you covered your mouth as he got down on one knee and pulled a small box put of his pocket, "Y/FULL/N, will you marry me?" You blinked a few times questioning if this was real.
"Y-Yes!! Oh my gosh yes! A hundred times yes!" You exclaimed. As C/N stood up, slid the ring on your finger, and hugged you everyone started to cheer and clap. He pulled away from the hug and kissed you. You looked up at him.
"All of this for me?" You smiled.
"It was BSF/N's idea," he whispered back, "All i did was pick the ring haha."
"I'm the luckiest girl alive," you laughed as he leaned down to kiss you again.
