Youve been staying in a motel for the past few weeks with C/N. Hes been working so you guys could get enough money for an apartment, since the motel was so bad. Tomorrow is your birthday. As you were casually scrolling through instagram (youve just been looking through social medias and haven't been posting) you saw a post made by a group of your friends. It was about how you and C/N randomly disappeared out of no where. None of your friends knew that you and C/N liked eachother before and they've been posting since you left, about how strange it is that youd disappear, or the fact the C/N did too. After your birthday you were planning on calling them to tell them everything is fine and that you and C/N moved down here. C/N walked in the door and plopped down on the bed.
"Did you get paid today?" you asked.
"Yup, now we have enough to get at least a very cheap apartment," he tiredly replied.
"I'll start trying to work somewhere on monday," You reassured him.
"Shouldnt you be asleep?" he asked sitting up, "Its late and you have a big day tomorrow."
"A big day? I have a birthday every year?"
"Well this ones gonna be different you know? First one away from home!"
"First one where i'll be happy probably," you quietly mumbled.
"Go to sleep so i can like secretly plan something for you," C/N said getting off the bed.
"Well thats makes a it not a secret if you just told me."
"Just go to sleep." You jokingly flipped him off and layed down on the bed.
"Are you sleeping yet?"
"C/N its been half a second!"
"Okay sorry, ill go shower you better be asleep when i get out," he said as he walked into the bathroom. You slowly fell asleep.
The next morning you woke up to the sun coming through the window.
"Good morning Y/NN(nickname)" C/N exclaimed.
"Ugh what time is it? Why did you open the curtain," you groaned and buried your face in the pillow.
"Its 7, but we need to wake up early!" C/N laughed coming over to you and rubbing your back, "Come on, get up." He picked you up and carried you to the bathroom.
"You know what, I hate you," you yawned as your feet hit the cold floor of the bathroom.
"I know, now get ready," he walked out of the bathroom and closed the door. You quickly showered and then got dressed. You put on some fishnets with shorts and a black cropped hoodie. You walked out and saw C/N looking at your phone.
"What are you doing?" you questioned.
"Everyones texting you," he said handing you the phone. You looked at it and saw multiple texts from your friends. Most were just like 'happy birthday wherever you are' or 'hope youre safe.' But your best friend, BSF/N's text was more serious or caring or whatever.

BSF/N- Hey Y/N. I don't know if you and C/N were kidnapped, or ran off, or any other thing you could've done. But please call me, I just need to know if youre safe, ill keep any secret i have to just to know youre safe, if you've killed ten people and are hiding from the cops, i dont care i wont tell anyone i just need to know youre okay. call me when you get a chance and happy birthday.

"Are you gonna call her?" C/N asked.
"I will tomorrow, ready to go?" you replied. He nodded and grabbed your hand. The two of you got in an uber. After about ten minutes you stopped infront of a tall building.
"C/N what is this?" you asked as the two of you got out of the car.
"Just come on!" he grabbed your hand and led you inside.
"C/N this place is expensive! Why are we here?" You whisper yelled to him. It was an apartment building, and definitely not the cheapest one in the city. He led you up the stairs onto the fourth floor and down the hall. He covered your eyes and you heard a door open. He led you in with his hand still over your eyes. He uncovered your face and you were in a fully furnished apartment.
"C/N what is this?" you asked while looking up at him in confusion.
"Our new apartment!" he told you.
~i know i never do pit picture in the story but i loveee looking at houses and interior design and stuff so heres the apartment~
