TW: cursing and panic attacks
"Hey just calm down do your breathing exercises your gonna be okay" "No I'm not Logan I'm not I fucked up okay I really fucked up this time god they hate me Logan please don't hate me too I'm so sorry" Logan held Virgil tighter "hey I could never hate you okay but calm down okay remember your breathing exercise" Logan had gotten and idea he looked at Virgil and sat him down on the bed "give me your phone" "what why Lo I promise I'm not hiding anything else pleas-" "no just give me your phone okay" Virgil unlocked just phone and gave it to Logan. Logan had gotten up but was grabbed by Virgil "what are you doing where you going please don't leave me"
"I'm not going anywhere okay but I have an idea" Logan gave Virgil a reassuring look and he had let go of Logan's hand. Logan then walked to his desk and grabbed a pair of headphones and opened Virgil's Spotify and opened the playlist labeled "for moments of panic" he then plugged in the headphones and walked over to Virgil "look I know your scared and your afraid of what's happening right now but trust me okay and close your eyes" "Logan I don't see how this is going to hel-" "just please do it for me" Virgil nodded and closed his eyes. Logan then put the headphones on Virgil, Virgil flinched at the sudden touch that he wasn't expecting "sorry I should have warned you" Logan proceeded to hit play and hold Virgil's hand while kneeling down in front of him.
"Just listen to the music, breathe and escape reality for a second" Virgil began to do his breathing exercise and Logan refused to let go of his hand Virgil had stopped shaking and had started to breathe normally. He then slowly opened his eyes and saw Logan there refusing to leave his side. Logan gave him a smile. Virgil took off the headphones and hugged Logan "thank you Lo god I'm so sorry for all of this" "it's completely fine Virge here let me help you clean up" Logan got up and went to his bathroom and grabbed a small towel and soaked it in warm water "sorry for getting eyeshadow all over your shirt.." "it's fine I'll wash it tomorrow plus it's black it's barely visible" Logan came back and Virgil was about to wipe his tears with his jacket before Logan stopped him "hey don't do that your hoodie is gonna get stained" "sorry"
Logan proceeded to kneel down in front of Virgil and help wipe off all the smudged eyeshadow and tears "Lo you don't have to do this" "I know but I want to,plus after everything you've been through today it's the least I could do" Virgil felt uncomfortable with the silence in the room so he decided to unplug the headphones from his phone and play the music out loud. Logan smiled "okay done." Logan looked at Virgil he'd never seen him without eyeshadow and he understood why Virgil wore it he had extremely terrible bags under his eyes almost like he hadn't slept in weeks. "Virgil..have you been getting any sleep?" Virgil looked down "yeah I just have trouble staying asleep idk I guess since I worry about everything it's difficult to get a full night's sleep" "how long has this been going on?" "Eh awhile" Logan gave out a sigh "you know it's weird seeing you without your eyeshadow" Logan smirked
"Well I don't like people seeing me without it" Virgil looked so exhausted Logan could tell how emotionally drained he was he tends to forget how much panic attack take out of Virgil "how did dinner go earlier?" "I refused to go down stairs so Patton decided to just bring me my food so I just ate in my room while thinking about how the others were talking about me" "you know what you shouldn't be thinking about that I apologize for asking, here your probably exhausted and you just had an attack you need some water" "Lo it's fine I'll just go back to my room I don't need Roman's rude comments about us again" Logan stood up "I insist, you can sleep here tonight I don't care what Roman says in the morning now I'm gonna go downstairs and grab you a glass of water"
Logan left the room and headed towards the kitchen he got surprised seeing Roman sitting at the table.
