Thursday
Chris had been a way filming for a while, so I had been staying with his parents and would occasionally get to visit him on set. Chris had always been very protective of me, and he always joked that I wasn't allowed a boyfriend until I was 21. But Chris and I had the kind of relationship where I felt comfortable to tell him things.
"How was your day?" Chris' dad asked.
"It was good, I got to be in the same group as Hunter" I smiled. I had developed my first crush, on a boy named hunter in my class, Chris had been away so I hadn't been able to tell him about it.
"You and that boy, I think you have a crush" Chris' mom laughed as she walked past.
Hunter and I never really talked, but over the past few months that Chris has been away, we've become close friends.
Friday:
I had not long woken up when I heard the noise of the door opening and saw Chris come through.
"Daddy" I shouted as I ran towards him, and he swept me up into his arms into a hug. After a while he put me down.
"I take it you've missed me." He laughed as clung on to his arm. I nodded.
"Can you take me to school today? I've missed singing Disney songs with you in the car."
"Sure, go and get ready." Chris replied, as I rushed to get ready, and he went to go and talk with his parents.
After I had finished getting ready, Chris and I headed to the car where we sang The Little Mermaid songs the entire way.
"UNDER THE SEA!" Chris and I sang as he pulled up to the school, I looked out of the window and saw Hunter. He waved at me and I waved back.
"Who you waving at?" Chris asked, as he noticed I was distracted.
"Hunter." I replied, still watching as he walked into school with his parents.
"I've never heard you mention him before is he new? Is he in your class? Is he..."
"I've got to go now, dad. Love you." I said cutting Chris off before he could ask anymore questions.
If this is what he is like now, I can't imagine what he's going to be like when I actually get a boyfriend. But I love him, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I thought to myself as I walked into school.
