I looked up from my ukelele and saw Hinata in his volleyball practice attire I peeked behind him and saw his teammates in the distance waiting for him.
"Yes?" I looked at him and he started to play with his fingers
"After you finish with your club activities can we buy meat buns together?"
I smiled and nodded "Sure"
His smile widened and I watched his cheeks turn pink "See you later!" he started jogging back to his teammates he looked back and waved at me. I waved back and started to walk to my club room it's my first club meeting so I wanted to be early.
On the way, I bumped into someone causing me to fall on the ground, I looked up and saw a girl with black wavy hair that reached her shoulders and wearing a sports attire. She looked at me worriedly while she helped me stand up and I noticed our height difference.
She's hella tall.
"I'm so sorry are you okay?" I dusted off some dirt on my skirt and waved my hands reassuringly
"Yes yes I'm okay" I laughed awkwardly
She looked at me apologetically "But still sorry about that..here" she handed me back my ukulele which wasn't broken thank goodness "You sure you okay?"
I chuckled "Yes I'm okay, I'll go ahead now" she waved goodbye and started walking towards the direction of one of the gyms.
"How was your first club meeting America chan?" Hinata asked before biting through one of the meat buns he bought, surprisingly everybody was so nice they welcomed me with open arms but I had to perform one song it's a tradition the third years created just to showcase your talent to the rest of the group.
After the club meeting, Hinata picked me up from the club room and went ahead to his coach ukai's store to buy the said meat buns he raved to me about. Later on, we both decided to eat at the nearby park.
"It was great I performed a song first though" his eyes widened
"Can you sing me a song... pleaseeeee"
He was giving me this cute wide-eyed look and I couldn't resist I had no choice but to say yes

I didn't notice I closed my eyes while I sang but when I opened my eyes the first thing I saw was a starry-eyed Hinata looking so amazed with his hands placed on his cheeks.
"Woaaahhh! You sing so well America chan!" he praised making my cheeks burn with embarrassment, his praises kept coming
"You're the best singer I've ever heard!"
"You can play the ukelele so good too!"
I saw a glimpse of my face on my phone and saw how red I am. Suddenly Hinata cupped my face with both of his hands basically squishing my lips into a pout and started teasing me more "You're so cute Ellie chan" he said in such a gentle manner. I didn't want him to see my cheeks redden even more so I slapped his hands away making him laugh louder and some bystanders look our way
"Hinata kun stop" he grinned and just pinched my cheeks
He walked me to the bus stop and waited until the bus arrived. As the bus started to drive away I looked out the window to watch him go the opposite direction riding away on his bike.
He's staring again

I stare at my notes to distract myself from his heated yet gentle gaze. I watched him in my peripheral view and saw he had a smile on his face and he's still looking at me.
Should I tell him off?
The teacher might catch him not paying attention to class
As I was about to make eye contact the teacher suddenly called out his name and told him to pay attention. I saw how his eyes drifted away from me as his face turned bright red. He apologized and started writing on his notebook biting his lower lip and cheeks still tinted red.
