Chapter 7

As the night got deep the more they got wild. People were already making out. Some are playing beer pong and body shot but most were already getting laid in the corner.

"Hi loves!" I rolled my eyes in annoyance as Megan clung once again. On the other side, Heather was hugging me on the side. She was blubbering phrases which I don't understand. Goodness she even started singing in French. I looked at Tianna asking for help but she just looked away and continued playing cards with Keith. Wow lang, grabe ha.

Minutes later Megan stood up, drunk her shot before going to the dance floor. That girl, she always said she didn't want to drink but always ended up finishing the whole bottle. Ales was nowhere to be found. She was probably playing beer pong. Heather was still singing in French. I cant even move because she's really clinging into me

"Ohmy, Cheska, look!" I caught her finger to stop her from pointing someone. I held her both hands to stop her from raising her finger to point at someone. Baka mapaaway pa kami rito eh "Dumbass! Your crush is here!"

I immediately pulled her back when she suddenly grabbed my hand, pulling me up. She rolled her eyes at me before crossing her legs before drinking her shot. Tianna, Keith and I exchanged meaningful glances before chuckling. Heather was so drunk that she didn't even noticed that we replaced her drink, so all this time she has been drinking water. Her acting so drunk and stupid makes us laugh

"Lasing ka na ba, Heaz? Shot pa" Heather pouted by hearing her nickname. Natatawang inabutan ulit siya ni Keith and of course Heather drunk it straight. Mga limang beses pa ulit siyang uminom then suddenly she held her mouth, about to throw up. She immediately stood up and ran. I looked at Keith, confused, how the hell did Heather get drunk by water?!

I assumed she was going to the comfort room but she suddenly halted. I ran towards her.

"Hey are you okay—"

She suddenly grabbed my hand and pulled it. I just realized what she has done when I noticed she was walking towards Zion. I was trying to get out of her hold but her grip was strong! I was mortified when she called his name. Damn you, Heather Therese, mamaya ka sakin!

I didn't know how to act especially now we were face to face. Zion looked so surprised and amused. I shifted my gaze, feeling awkward. It was the first time seeing each other outside of any fastfood chain or café.

He was wearing a black suit which perfectly fit him. He looked like he had a business meeting minus his messily adjusted tie and hair. I tried not to look at him but I saw how his gazed shifted from a different side while he's playing his lips using his thumb.

"You two looked so obvious!" Heather might not be as observant as Ales but she definitely sensed something. Natatawang umiiling na lang siya at halatang natutuwang sa nangyayari "Is there something I need to know?"
