The Cold Truth (Sting x OC)

Chapter 27

General POV

Sting makes a quick call to Gray and Rogue, he of course is outside while Crystal uses the bathroom. By the time she's done he's off he phone. She pats down her skirt and gently wraps her arms around Stings arm as the two begin to walk somewhere.

"So where are we going Sting?" Crystal asks as they walk out of the building.

"You'll see." He says smiling.

Crystal raises an eyebrow, but follows him anyways, they both walk to the park. Sting leads her to a huge pink Cherry Blossom tree. Under the tree is a picnic blanket, on the blanket is a basket with food surrounding the basket. Sandwiches and salads, ice cream and cakes along with some white wine. There's also a vanilla scented candle lit up in the middle of the blanket.

Crystals eyes widen and she covers her mouth. "It's so gorgeous!" She says happily as she hugs Sting.

He chuckles and hugs her back. "I'm glad you like it." He says happily.

"Where did you find the time to do this?!" She questions

"I had some help." He chuckles.
Crystal smiles and sits down.

The two sit down and begin to eat. Sting grabs his food and Crydtalq grabs hers. As the two eat they begin to talk and laugh. After they eat, Gray and Rogue come by and clean up. Crydtsl and Sting walk around the park until it was around 2pm. After that the two head to the beach and walk along the water, Crystal has her shoes off and her leggings rolled up. The two are holding hands and talking happily.

By the time they leave it's after 5 pm. So Sting leads Crystal to the movie theater and they watch a movie. Sting buys snacks and drinks and the two decide to watch a horror movie.

After the movie it is now 6:30, around the time the sun begins to set. Sting leads Ciara back to the park, but this time he takes her deep into the forest of the park to where the bridge is. The bridge is an arch bridge made of stone. It forks the arch over the river, surrounding the river are a bunch of Cherry Blossoms. The petal of the trees are still falling due to the colder weather. But the trees are still pretty full of leaves. Behind the  bridge is a small waterfall, and over that you can see the sunset.

Sting and Ciara face the waterfall and watch as the sunsets. Sting has his arms tightly around her waist while she leans against the railing of the bridge.

"Hey Sting?" Crystal says as she looks at him.

"Yeah?" He answers.

"Thank you." She says with a smile as she wraps her arms losing around the back of Stings neck. She has to stand on her toes a little bit, but he leans down a little, making it easier for her.

Sting is looking down at her with a confused look. "For what?" He asks.

"For being here for me for the pass 6 years. Even after everything, you've been there for me. Even when I tried to...well, you know." She says.

He grins widely, showing his slightly pointed teeth."Well, to be fare you helped me become a better person as well."

"True, you're no longer as cocky, you're like a more mature version of Natsu." Crystal says. "But seriously..thank you for always being my light."

The two laugh and Sting kisses Crystal. She kisses back happily right as the sunsets. Sting breaks the kiss and looks down at Crystal and smiles.

"I love you." He smiles.

Crystal blushes deeply, "me too." She says.

After getting someone to take one last picture of the two of them, they head to get some ice cream before heading back home.
