The Cold Truth (Sting x OC)

Chapter 9

General POV
Crystal wakes up to the feeling of comfort, she can't help but smile. She looks up at Sting who is still peacefully asleep. She giggles and stands up going to go get dressed. She puts on the bathing suit top and short jean shorts. She then puts her hair up in a high ponytail with a few strands of hair on either side. She then puts on white gladiator sandals on and brushes her teeth.

She then heads to the kitchen and grabs a bowl of ice cream and sits down. Crystal grabs her phone and begins to eat her ice cream. She goes through the pictures on her phone.  She smiles as she looks at the pictures of everyone she loves. Pictures of her and Sting together, Sting and Rogue, Sting and Lector, Lector and Frosch, Lector and Aurora, Frosch and Aurora, her and Aurora , Rogue and Frosch, all the exceeds together, and so on.

She got so lost in her phone she didn't realize Sting was sitting next to her until he says something. "I didn't know you had so many pictures of everyone." He chuckles. Crystal jumps a little then giggles.

"I like to have pictures of the ones I care for." She says as she sets her phone down and continues to eat her ice cream.

"Hey, we should invite Fairy Tail to the pool party today!" Sting says with an excited look.

Crystal giggles, "sounds good to me" she grabs her phone and texts Gray the news.

Crystal: Good morning! Sabertooth is having a pool party today at 1:30, all of Fairy Tail is invited!

Gray: sweet! I'll tell Gramps to tell everyone.

Crystal puts her phone in her back pocket and stands up. "You hungry?" She asks Sting.

He nods, "I'm always hungry! Also Rogue and the exceeds are coming over!" He grins.

Crystal sighs, "more cooking."

Sting nods, "I am gonna go shower." He says.

"Alright." Crystal says as she begins to cook breakfast.

5 minutes later she gets a call from an unknown number. She answers and holds it up to her ear as she cooks the eggs. "Hello?" She answers.

"Hey Crystal!" Minerva says.

"Oh! Hey Minerva! What's up?" She asks.

"I need some help"

"Everything ok?"

"Well...you know how Valentine's day is coming up?"

"Yeah? What about it?"

"Well I want to get Rogue something...  But I don't know what to get him.."

"Omg that is so cute!!!"

"Crystal this is serious!"

"Ok ok! Listen, you and Rogue have been dating for almost a year now, right?"

"Yeah."

"So it's simple, you know him very well, sooo all you have to do is follow your gut. Rogue isn't picky and literally likes everything dark. And he will love what ever you give home because it's from you, so don't over think it ok? You know best, so do what you think is best. Although, I will say to make it even better, do a little something for Frosch as well." Crystal says softly.

"I never thought of that... Thank you!"

"No problem!" Crystal laughs.

"Since when did you become so good at giving love advice?" Minerva teases.

Crystal roles her eyes "There are things you don't want to know Minerva." She laughs

"Hmmm, alright, so what are you going to do for Sting?"
