Stings POV ~1 week later~
Here I am waking up again. It's been a week now and I still can't step into her room, hell I've barely left mine, I only leave to go visit her grave. And let's not even mention the fact that I've cried so much that I don't think I have anymore tears. I haven't taken off her necklace though, I wear the jacket she always wore too, it still smells like her.I hear a knock on my door, I know it's Rogue, probably letting me know that he switched out the food trays. Or so I thought, Rogue somehow manages to unlock my door. I sit up as he walks in.
"You're coming to the guild today." He says bluntly.
"No, go without me." I say as I lay back down and roll over.
"I'm not asking." He says as I feel him pick me up.
I growl be try to escape his grip, but it only tightens. Damn it this dude is strong I mentally complain.
"I'm not going back there without her." I say as I continue to struggle. "Especially not with her jackass Brother there." I mumble the last part.
"Listen, you can't be angry at him forever, it's not like HE killed her." Rogue argues as he puts me down.
"Yes, bit he said he wanted her dead, that's close enough for me." I say through gritted teeth, making it obvious that I'm annoyed.
He sighs, "listen, Gray hasn't been to our guild, he's been to busy helping the others rebuild Fairy Tail. Just come to the guild...at least for a little while."
I scoff, "hell no."
H sighs again, "alright, I didn't want to do this but you leave me no choice." He says as I raise my eyebrow in confusion. "Frosch!" He calls out and I immediately know what he's gonna do.
I go to run but right in front of me is a teary eyed Frosch. "Please Sting?" He asks.
Gah! Why must he be so stinkin cute! I groan, "fine!" I whine.
"Yay!" Frosch says happily.
I sigh and before I know it, we are in front of the Sabertooth guildhall. I stand there frozen, my heart legit racing. I sigh before opening the guild doors. To my surprise, it's quiet, no one is fighting or arguing. Hell, people are barely even talking.
Everyone stops and stares at me before errupts into loud cheers. "Master Sting is back!" I hear most of them say.
I nervously laugh and rub the back of my head and walk into the guild. Lector and Aurora both run into my arms and hug me tightly which causes me to smile slightly.
"Master Sting!" Yukino says which draws my attention to her.
"There's a group of people in your office who claim to be human forms of dragons, they arrived shortly after Rogue left. I called the dragon slayers from Fairy Tail to come and help determine rather it's true or not." She says.
My eyes widen as Rogue and I run to my office. When we enter we see a group of 6 people. Three of them, smell like dragons I use to know. I collect my thoughts and sit down at my desk, Rogue standing behind me and our exceeds, plus Aurora, rest on my desk.
"There will be a few others joining us in a few minutes, so please be patient." I say in a more mature tone.
The female in front nods respectfully. "Please take your time." She says quietly. Her voice sounds just like Blizzards, soft and angelic.
Her frame is small, she can't be much taller than Crystal was. Her hair is a bright white with icey blue streaks going through it. Her eyes are an icey blue as well and her skin is very light.
We all stand up when we hear a soft knock on the door. "Come in." I say quietly.
"Sting we heard about-" Wendy pauses when she sees the people in front of her.
I nod, "yes, I'm aware. Please, come in. All of you."
The four of them quickly walk in, and stand at attention next to or begin my desk. I sit down and gesture for our guests to do the same.
The one with firey red hair speaks first. "You've all grown..." He says.
The one who was in front before holds up her hand to silence him. The redhead growls but quiets.
"I should introduce myself... I am...well was..Blizzard. I am Crystal's dragon, however in this form I go by Frost." She says.
I growl and stand up, slamming my hands on my desk. "Listen here, all of you. I have no been in a very good mood recently and do not have time for people pretending to be our foster parents, especially not Crystal's." I growl.
"Listen here brat-" the one who claims to be Blizzard raises her hand again, silencing the one with dark jet black hair.
"I am aware of how this sounds, but you must listen to us." She says calmly.
I growl, but stop when I feel a smaller hand on my shoulder. I look to see Wendy giving me a look as if asking to speak. I sigh and nod.
"I-I'm sorry..but we have just lost..someone very close to us... S-so please forgive our behavior. And for us being skeptical...our dragons disappeared a long time ago...and while I recognize the smell of some of you, we are still hesitant due to recent events." Wendy says softly.
I look at all them, they all have a look of sadness or pity on their faces. "We understand that my dear. Perhaps I can prove to you that we are in fact who we say we are?" The one who says she's Blizzard says as she gestures to Crystal's necklace
I growl "you will come nowhere near this jewel!" I snap.
Wendy places her hand on my shoulder and looks at me. I sigh and take the necklace off, hesitantly handing it to this suppose to be Blizzard. But I glare at her before letting it glow.
"I'm glad she got this... Thank you for giving it to her Aurora." She says as she looks at Crystal's exceed with a smile.
"How is this going to prove you're who you say you are?" I ask coldly
She touched the small jewel and it floats off of the necklace into the air. "Lead me to the Winter Dragon." She says.
The jewel spins around before pointing straight to her. I scoff, "yo could have made them do it." I say.
"God you're just as stubborn as I remember!" The one dressed in all white, with white hair and eyes says.
I glare at him.
"Now Weislogia, be understanding. You saw what happened to his mate." The one dressed in all black, with black hair and red eyes says softly.
"Sting, I think there telling the truth. They smell like our dragons, all of us agree on it. You know people can't even come close to match someone else's scent." Wendy says.
"After what happened to Crystal? I refuse to believe them. Especially because if they were in fact our dragons thy would have been there to save her in time. Blizzard wouldn't have let Crystal die." I growl.
"Common man! The have their reasons. I'm sure if they could have protected her they would have!" Natsu says.
"Besides, the kid is right. You can't mimic a scent." Gajeel says.
I sigh annoyed. "Fine, but tell us why you decided to come back now." I demand.
"Wait, is it because of what Crysta told me?" Aurora asks as she flies over to Frost.
"Perhaps. Did she tell you about the necklace?" She asks.
"She told me that it could possibly bring her back..." She says quietly.
Frost nods, "then yes. It is about that. But first, we owe all of you an explanation."
