The Cold Truth (Sting x OC)

Chapter 32

General POV
Crystal wakes up once they get to Lucy and Natsu's house, Sting goes to set her down but she doesn't let him.

"Cris, let me put you down so I can help Lucy and Natsu-san with setting up." Sting chuckles.

"Nooooo, you're comfy." She says hugging him tighter.

The group laughs, "You're such a child Crissy." Wendy giggles.

"Am not." She giggles.

"Well Sting, if you really want to help, come wit me to get the snacks. Rogue and Natsu can move the furniture. Minerva and Erza can go get everyone's clothes." Lucy smiles.

Erza and Minerva nod and everyone hands them their keys. "You have a spare key to our house." Sting says.

"Of course I do!" Minerva laughs.

"Mira, Levy, and Gajeel are bringing their clothes so we only have to make three stops. You can go to your house, I'll go to mine, and we will meet at Crystal's house." Erza says

Minerva nods, "sounds good to me."

~1 hour later~

Minerva and Erza arrive with the clothes, and everything is set up. Crystal, of course, is still holding onto Sting.

"She's still hasn't let go?" Minerva asks laughing.

"Nope." Natsu, Lucy, Sting, Rogue, Wendy, plus the exceeds say in unison.

"What! He smells good." Crystal says with a slight pout.

They all laugh again as a knock is heard on the door. "Oh that must be Levy and the others!" Lucy says happily.

"I'll get the door." Sting says as he walks to the door and opens it. "Hello!" He says happily.

"Hello/Sup." The three greet.

"I'm...Sting? Why is Crystal hanging onto you like that?" Levy asks giggling.

"Long story." Sting chuckles and lets the others in.

The group sits down on the giant blanket that's spread out onto the floor. Crystal finally gets off of Sting but stays right next to him.

"So cute!!!!" Mira fangirls.

The group begins to play a movie, during the movie Erza calls Gajeel and Levy to the kitchen to have a little talk.

"How is Gray?" Erza asks bluntly.

Gajeel scoffs, "why are you asking how he is? How's the kid doing is a better question." Gajeel says in a slightly angry voice, but keeps it at a low tone.

"She refused to leave Stings side, obviously, I'm assuming it's because he helps her feel calm." Levy says.

Erza nods. "Now answer my question."

Gajeel sighs, "everyone in the guild scolded him for a good two hours, when we left he was stuck doing whatever the old man wanted him to do as punishment for being so harsh."

"I had to stop Gajeel and Mira had to stop Laxus from beating him to death." Levy giggles slightly.

"Hmm. I see. Levy do you know what could have caused him to act like that?" Erza asks.

"I did a little research and found three spells that could have done it. But Crystal would have to tell me how he was acting before he exploded. I'll ask her later though, she seems to be happy right now and I don't want to trigger anything." Levy says.

Erza nods. "Gajeel, tomorrow I want you to go talk to Gray."

"Why should I have to talk to that ice hearted jerk?!" Gajeel questions.

"Because you won't have a biased towards him, meaning you'll be more blunt and straight to the point." Erza answers.

"See, not liking that many people is a good thing sometimes" Levy smiles.

"I like the people in the guild, it's just I show it with very few." Gajeel scoffs.

Levy rolls her eyes, "oh, Erza. There was something else I managed to get from Gray."

Erza raises an eyebrow. "What is it?"

"He said before everything went black, he saw Jackson." Levy says in a serious, low toned, voice.

"WHA-" Let quickly covers Gajeel's mouth. "shhhh!" She says.

"This is it good...if Jackson is back that could mean danger for Crystal."

Levy nods. "I was thinking of asking her and the other dragon slayers if they wanted to stay with us, the twins will definitely like them being there and Gajeel and I could make sure she's safe."

Gajeel nods in agreement and moves Levy's hand off of his mouth.

"Alright, you can ask her tomorrow, for now let's just enjoy tonight." Erza smiles.

The other two nod, and the three go and join the rest. For the rest of the night everyone eats snacks and watches movies, play games and and pranks on each other's. I'm other words, they have fun! But little did they know that soon, it would all be turned upside down.
