Rio stopped by at her house to get gym clothes and her gym bag and sneakers. She then went to grab her phone, to see a text from her childhood friend she had met in the fourth grade, Kiki. Today was the first day of school and Rio had only seen some of her friends in her classes, which included Choka and Rose, who she met in seventh grade in Chorus, which Rio's mom made her take.
Rio opened up her messages to see what her friend had texted her and Kiki had asked her which highschool she was going to and if what classes and if she had joined any of the same clubs. Although Rio didn't have any of the same classes with Kiki today she had different classes every other day. "So, maybe she would see her friend tomorrow," she thought as she sent her schedule and texted volleyball.
Cursing at herself for making herself late Rio ran from her to the club, which was about a mile away. She went to Rocino High which was a fairly large school but they had so many clubs and a variety of different classes that the school always felt cramped. Due to this, a solution was proposed that if clubs decided on a different meeting place then those certain clubs would receive funding. So of course, her club had to be the one top be so damn far from her house.
As she neared the club site she saw a small girl with red hair on a bike that was probably hard for her to even get down. Rio jogged up to the girl.
"Hey, my name is Rio," Rio said.
"H-hey," the girl said.
"Are you able to get off that bike by yourself?" she asked.
"Yes I am, it's just a little hard to get on." the girl replied. "By the way my name is Yilin."
"That's a cute name blondie," Rio replied.
"Hey, I'm not blo-" but before she could reply Rio sped past two friends hugging and tackled someone.
Basically this is what happened except genders reversed:

"Hey what the hell-" someone grumbled from under Rio, evidently pissed.
"Kiki!" Rio exclaimed.
"Get the hell off me, you big idiot!" Kiki yelled when she realized who it was.
They both stood up and Rio stared at Kiki.
"Wow, you look the same except your a little taller and you got bigger boobs," she said groping Kiki.
"You sonofova-" Kiki said as she hit Rio on the head.
"Ow! Kiki that hurt!" Rio whined.
"Well, next time don't fondle me as you please!" Kiki yelled making others look and turned red.
Then Rio saw Chris behind Kiki and walked up to him and they both made a gesture as if they were about to hit each other and:

"Hey, Chris!" Rio exclaimed earning her a head rub. "Hey, you're messing up my hair."
"Being you, you'll get it messed up in practice anyway," he said.
Yilin stared at the interactions before her. She thought Rio would be quiet and kind and introverted, but boy was she wrong. "Rio was obnoxious," Yilin thought. She should stay away from her.
As they all headed inside Rio turned around and walked up to Yilin. She quietly picked Yilin up and placed her down, took her bike lock, and locked the bike for Yilin.
