Amber's POV:

A young girl was seen running the halls with a boy following her. Frigga steps out of a room and watched the kids. "Amber. Loki. Stop running around. The all-father wants to see us." Amber sighed. The all-father never liked her due to her family. They made their way to the throne room in silence. Amber knew why Odin wanted to see them. It was due to what she did to Thor.

The walked in the throne room and saw Odin with a pink haired Thor. Loki snickered while Amber looked to the ground. "I can already tell who created this mess." Odin said as he looked at the young girl. "Amber. I understand that your parents are gone but this" he pointed to Thor's hair. "is unacceptable." Amber looked at Odin and nodded. "I understand all-father. It won't happen again."

I came back and found myself on the ground. "Amber?" Someone asked. I looked up and saw Loki looking at me. "Odin never did like me after my parents died." His face lit up. One thing I want to know is how my parents died. "How did my parents die?" I asked voicing my thoughts.

I ran into my parents room after a nightmare. "Mom. Dad. I can't sleep." I said in a scared voice. I was hoping that they would comfort me. "Amberly Raven. Go back to bed this instant." My father bellowed. They never comforted me growing up. I felt myself shake. Not in fear, but rage. I'm their only child so you would thing that they would care. Nope. I'm a drunken mistake. I looked at my hands and let my magic create a dagger. My vision was going green. Now, green because of my magic. Instead of seeing red, I see green.

When my vision cleared, all around me was blood. In front of me was my parents bodies. I killed them.

"I killed them." I whispered.

Loki's POV:

I looked at Amber as she began crying. "I killed them." I heard her whisper. She looked at her hands as the door to the main room opened. "What's going on?" Stark asked as he came by my side. "She's starting to remember her childhood." I knew my tone changed to a sad one. "What's wrong with her childhood?" I shouldn't say anything due to it being personal but they deserve to know. "Grab the others then I'll say." He basically ran out the door after that.  "Don't tell them." I heard Amber whisper. I looked at her with pity. She hates it when people find out about her past. The door opened and I heard the rushed footsteps of the others.

"Don't you dare tell them." Amber said weakly. I sighed. She's going to dislike me for awhile. I turned to the others. "As a child, her parents despised her." I paused and looked at Amber who was looking at me with pure hatred. I faced the others again. "They said that she was a drunken mistake and that they didn't have the money to get rid of her. Every day after her fourth birthday, she was abused till she turned nine." I paused and looked at Amber who had a far away look in her eyes. "What happened after she turned nine?" Barton asked. I looked at the ground and went to speak but never got any words out.

"I went into my parents room because I had a nightmare. I expected them to comfort me due to it being my first nightmare but they didn't. Instead they yelled at me and told me to go back to bed." I looked at Amber as she spoke. She was looking at me with tears streaking down her face. "I felt so much hatred inside that I lost control of my powers. I blacked out and came back with my parents bodies on the ground." She stood up and walked to the glass of the cell. "They claimed that I was mentally unstable. They wanted to lock me up but Frigga wouldn't let them."

Amber's POV:

The memories are coming back in full swing. My childhood is coming back. I felt eyes on me but I don't feel like meeting them. I know what they hold; pity. I heard my cell door open and looked up. Black widow was approaching me. I backed away from her. I can't trust anyone. She stops and turns to look at the others. "I can't trust you. You have harmed me again." I said while cowering in the corner. They all gave me looks of confusion before the voice that caused me so many mental breakdowns spoke. "I may be at fault for that." I could feel my face pale. She can't be here. She's going to cause me more pain.

Wanda's POV:

I saw Amber's face pale. "What do you mean?" Steve asked me. I sighed. "I was forced to mess with her mind. I was told to give her false memories and to make her fear you. I broke her just so HYDRA could get her to be obedient." The memories I gave her and the horrors that I made her see are one of the many things I have done wrong. "She wasn't obedient?" I heard Tony ask. I shook my head in denial. "No. She was against what they had planned for her." I looked at the girl I broke. She was staring at me with pure fear. "What were their plans for her?"

A/n: a little look into her childhood but the horrors of HYDRA are coming up in the upcoming chapters
