Loki's POV:

I watched as Amber grew confused. "Amber?" I asked but got no response. I sighed and looked at the others who were watching me. "What?" I asked. They have been looking at me weird ever since Amber showed up. "You've changed." I rolled my eyes. "I have not." Or maybe I have? "You have and we can prove it." They are full of themselves. I crossed my arms and looked at them. "Go ahead." There's no way they have proof. "You care about her and show it." Okay. Good point. "I've known her since we were young so of course I care about her."

"Let's go Loki." Amber said weakly which startled me.

Amber's POV:

I walked off with Loki following although I have no idea where I'm going. I think he seemed to understand because not soon after, he grabbed my hand and practically dragged me to a room. "You need to sleep some more princess." I sighed and looked at the ground. "I can't Loki. For some reason I can't." I looked at him as we stopped. He turned his focus to me. "Just try Amber." He pleaded. He never pleads. Especially to me. All I could do was nod and allow him to drag me inside my room. He let go of my hand and I made my way to the bed. I know I'm not going to be able to sleep but I'll try just to prove a point.

I went under the covers and watched him smile. He thinks he won. News flash. He didn't. I just don't want to fight with people. I rolled my eyes and laid back. I closed my eyes. I don't know if I was actually tired or if Loki did something to me but I was welcomed by darkness.

"Welcome back Flame." I looked around the room and grew terrified. I'm back with HYDRA. I looked at my hands and saw them restrained. I looked at Jon and saw him smirk. "Did you really think that you would be free for long?" I was speechless. He looked at the door and it opened. I turned to look as much as my body would let me and saw Loki being guided in. What's he doing here? I turned back to Jon just to see him with some sort of blade.

"This is all your fault Flame. Remember that." I watched as Loki was brought in front of me. He was held by another guard as Jon stabbed Loki. I heard a scream and it was mine. Jon brought the blade up to Loki's neck and slid it across. I watched as he was dropped. I felt my restraints being removed but my focus was on Loki. Once the restraints were removed, I went to Loki's side. "No Loki." I whispered. "No. No. You're fine Loki."

He was removed from in front of me by the guards. "NOOOO! BRING HIM BACK HERE! LOKI!"

Loki's POV:

I was getting interrogated again when F.R.I.D.A.Y spoke. Yes I know who F.R.I.D.A.Y is. "Sir. Amber seems to be in distress." I was the first one to jump up. "It's probably nightmares." Bucky said which made everyone start running to her room. As we got closer, we could hear her pained screams. "NOOOOO!" We heard which made us speed up. When we reached her door, I was the one who walked in first. "BRING HIM BACK HERE!" Bring who back where? "LOKI!" She screamed before jolting up.

Her breathing was heavy. I looked at the others who were standing there watching her. I turned back to her and began walking towards her. She was mumbling. "He's gone." She began rocking back and forth. "They killed Loki." I know this is going to prove their theory correct but I can't just let Amber stay like this. I sat behind her and brought her to my chest. "I'm right here princess." I whispered to her.

Amber's POV:

"I'm right here princess." I heard Loki whisper but never looked at him. That nightmare felt to real. I knew that the others were in the room as well but paid no attention to them. I closed my eyes and saw his eyes look at me as he fell. I opened them up again and clutched my arms. Find a source to ground yourself. I focused on the pain that my nails are inflicting as they penetrate my skin. I looked up and met the concerned looks of the avengers. I've never seen so many concerned looks.

"You okay Amber?" Amber. I have to get used to that name again. After HYDRA started using electro therapy on me, they called me Flame. I watched as they all looked at me like they were expecting something. Right, they are. "I'm okay." I don't think it was convincing but at least it's an answer.
