Isabelle's pov

It's been 2 weeks since we got engaged and I'm finally done with the project... It came out so well.

I can't believe I'm actually engaged! We will be getting married in 3 months, I can't wait to spend forever with Ray.

We leave for the country in 2 days time... I'm so excited to see his childhood home.

**2 days later**

We arrive in the country and its a 15min drive to his home from the airport.

Wow, we're driving in, and I just notice the beautiful structure.

It's so massive and almost like an old historic mansion. With vines growing on it and a well mowered lawn, and trees, lots and lots of trees.

The cab stops in front of the house, and I notice Mel standing just outside the door.

I hurry over to her and she envelops me in a hug and kisses my cheeks, telling me how she can't wait to take me on a tour in both the house and farm.

We hear a throat being cleared behind us,

"Good to see you too mum."

He says dryly with amusement in his eyes.

She simply rolls her eyes and hugs him too.

She goes on to tell me lots and lots of stories about Ray growing up once we settle in.

She shows us our room, which is Ray's room. It's so masculin - dark grey sheets and curtains, with a desk and chair on the other end with a lamp on it.

Did I mention it's massive! Almost like my entire apartment.

"Settle in, lunch will be ready in a bit."

"She's so excited... I'll like to take you further into the country to meet my friends, we will have to stay in an Inn as its a bit far from here, hope you don't mind?"

"I don't! I'm soo excited... Your childhood home is beautiful Ray."

"Thank you princess."

"Princess huh?... I'm a queen."

I pout.

He pecks my puckered lips and smiles.

"Hmmn we'll see....Princess."

He winks and starts to laugh when I glare at him.

We go down for lunch and then later we return upstairs for a nap, we cuddle and go straight to lala land, I guess we're pretty jet lagged.

I stir and wake up... My head on Ray's chest and when I look up he's already staring at me.

"Have you been watching me sleep?"

"Yup."

He smiles, then pecks my forehead.

"Let's head down for dinner."

I nod and we go down eat and after eating, we talk about random things and also the wedding.

We return to our room.

"I'm going to have my bath."

I inform him.

"Okay."

And he starts to follow me while pulling off his tshirt.

"Whoa there big boy, what are you doing?"

"Going to have my bath too... We could save water you know?"

He winks.

"No way! Not a chance."

"Come on woman! Let's be environmental friendly. We save water and fishes have enough to swim in."

I know he's trying to quote the ad on TV on water conservation.

I roll my eyes... This is an argument I can't win.

Well we all know how the night ends.
