It's been a month since we got back, Ray has visited once since then. Its almost Christmas and my birthday. I'm so excited, I love Christmas, unfortunately this year its going to be just Adey, Bo, Baxter and I. My parents and friends won't be able to make it here, and I can't go over there for some reasons like all the flights being booked and so on. We agreed to facetime instead.
Well, from next year I will be with my family with distance not being a barrier.

The weeks go by really fast and before I know it, it's the last month of the year. I'm so excited for the year to come. My birthday is after Christmas, I don't plan to celebrate it, I'll just take Adeya to the spa or the movies. It's really not a big deal.

Today is Christmas day and Adeya is hyper! She wanted to speak with Ray, but for some reason I can't reach him, in fact I can't reach anyone, my friends, my parents, Mel. Everyone is out of reach, I'll just try again later in the day. For breakfast I make hot cocoa and scrambled eggs and bacon with toast. We eat happily and proceed to open our presents, Adeya drew a picture of our family, it looks lovely but whoever the woman in the picture is, I know for a fact that it's not me, but it's the thought that counts right? Hahaha... Ray and I got her a puppy, I know I know, I couldn't help it. She was over the moon. I got her a samoyed puppy. My baby was so excited she cried, I'm so happy we can make her this happy. She was overjoyed. She named it fifi, I don't know why, don't ask.

After our spa session, we get home and find Bo on the couch.
I:"Omg Bo you scared me!"
Bo:"yeah yeah. How's my favourite neice?"
Don't get confused, they're all my friends turned sisters.
Adey:"aunt Bo! Mama and papa got me a puppy. I named her fifi"
Bo:"oh wow! Finally! I'm so happy for you Adey. Now isa come over we need to talk"
I:"what now Bo? Let me tell you I'm not going skating, I just had my nails done and I'm not about to break any of them."
Bo:"who said anything about going ice skating? Anywho we are going for a Christmas party, and before you say anything it's child friendly, I already got you a dress, so you're going."
I:"Bo I don't know."
Bo:"well I do, so let's all get ready then."

I'm wearing a dark green velvety dress, it has small droopy sleeves, with a high slit. It looks really good, I pair it with gold strappy heels she got. This party must be fancy. Adey is wearing a beautiful red dress, with a red bow on her hair. She looks so adorable. Bo wears an all white pants suit.

Not long after we get to the venue of the party. When we get in, everyone yells 'surprise!' and by everyone I mean my parents, Nad, jess, Oscar, Rody, Bianca, Mel, Ray. They are all here, I'm truly surprised. Ray walks over to me, I'm still in shock and trying to take in everything.
R:"hey baby"
I hug him and we share a kiss.
I:"was this your idea?"
R:"yeah, I knew how much you wanted to spend today with everyone so here we are"
I:"thanks babe! Thank you thank you."
Adey:"papa thank you for my puppy. I named her fifi"
R:"I'm glad you loved it."
We enjoy the party, there's a lot of games and food, everyone is having a good time. I don't know how they were able to pull this off, but I'm really happy they did.

They will be staying back for my birthday, I'm so excited.
