Isabelle's pov

Adey:"happy birthday mama!"
I open my eyes and see Adey looking at me. I hug her and almost immediately Ray walks in with a birthday cake, he's singing the birthday song and this right here, is all I ever wanted in life!

Ray informs me he will be taking me out for my birthday later in the evening, just us two. My phone starts going off with text messages, tag notifications on social media, phone calls. By the time I'm done answering everyone I'm so exhausted.
I quickly take my shower, but my plans had to change because Ray joined me in the shower, so let's just say we spent a lot of time in the shower. I get dressed in a navy blue wrap dress and walk to the living area, there I see Adey, Nad, jess, everyone having a good time. I didn't know I was having a party, well I guess I am now.
I start unwrapping gifts. Jess's gift is the most hilarious, she got me birth control pills, something about not being ready to have more neices or nephews. Ray got me a necklace, it's so simple yet so beautiful. It has a single diamond enclosed in a heart as its pendant. I kiss him and tell him thank you. I feel like I love Ray now,more than before.

It's evening and I wore a bandage dress and black stiletto heels. I let my hair breathe today, for the past weeks I've been wearing a lot of wigs.
Ray takes me to a restaurant, he rented out the place, so it's just us in the restaurant.
We eat, take pictures of each other and a few together, talk about things ranging from work to Adeya and so on.

A band starts playing and Ray asks me to dance with him. While we're dancing
R:"will you dk something for me?"
I:"sure, anything."
He goes down on one knee
R:"please marry me Isabelle."
I'm in shock, I just stand there gaping and then I nod yes. He slides the ring down my finger, it's so beautiful. I hug him and we kiss.

We take a walk down the road, just strolling and enjoying the serene environment. When it starts getting colder Ray asks if we can go home and u agreed with him.
On our way home, I tell him about my plans to move back to America and he is so happy about it. He says I should move first and we'll figure out the rest together. I'm so excited about this phase of my life.
We get home and share the news with everybody. They congratulate us and I share the news about moving back and everyone is beyond pleased.

My life is moving so smooth. I can't help but wonder what lies ahead, are there going to be more bad days? With everything going so well, I can't help but expect the worst. But for now I'm keeping an open mind. No negative thoughts, just positive.

Ray and I agreed to Wed three months from now. It seems hasty, but I just can't wait to be his wife. While in bed we discuss where we want to have the wedding, small or grand wedding. We can't decide yet, all we know is we want to be with each other so bad.
