A/N: I completely forgot today was friday because this whole time I thought it was thursday- i'm sorry y'all!

There you were, sitting in Tanjiro's arms as you were sniffling from the amount of tears that flowed out of your eyes. Your eyes were puffy red as he continues to hush your cries and pulls you closer. Tanjiro felt a bit odd since he hasn't seen you cry since you were little kindergarteners. He smiled at the memory of you crying because your brother wasn't there to help you pick up your toys. '(Y/N)'s brother.. Daisuke, please be okay. For her sake, for her family's sake, and for everyone else's sake.' Tanjiro thought to himself as he looks down at you.

You had grown quiet and decided to listen to Tanjiro's heartbeat since you were trying to calm down. He pulls back and wipes your tears with his sleeve. "C'mon, let's get up. The others are going to get worried and you need to eat." he whispered gently as you sniffled and nodded quietly.

You got up slowly, rubbing your eyes a bit from the tears. Tanjiro got up as well and held your wrist to prevent you from rubbing your eyes. "Don't rub your eyes, you'll damage it." he said sweetly as he held your hand. You nodded quietly and began to follow Tanjiro back into your classroom. He was mainly taking the lead since you were looking down and decided to not pay attention to your surroundings.

When Tanjiro stopped, you looked up shyly to see Zenitsu and Nezuko looking up at you worryingly. "(Y/N)." they both said as they immediately got up from their seat to check up on you. You were overwhelmed by their attention as Nezuko hugged you. "Were you cry, (Y/N)?" she whispered into your ear as you froze. She looked back to see your puffy eyes as she held your hands.

Zenitsu looks at you too and he wanted to cry because he hated seeing you look sad. He smiles at you reassuringly, regardless if he knew the situation or not. When you looked at them, you wanted to smile as well because you were thankful for all of your friend's support. When your eyes stopped at Inosuke, he looked at you curiously.

"What's wrong with you?" he said cassually as you smiled at him. Zenitsu turns at him shouting, "Can't you see she was crying?!"

Inosuke looks at him and looks back at you, "Oi. If you're gonna cry, you're not gonna beat me. Crying ain't gonna solve anythin'.", he said bluntly as you chuckled sadly at his comment. You knew Inosuke meant well, even though he couldn't put it into words correctly. Though the two of you argue every tume you see each other, you still knew he meant well. "Thank you. All of you." you said quietly as Zenitsu smiles at your response.

"I can't let my princess crying!" Zenitsu said, trying to cheer you up as you smiled sadly. "Heh.. Yeah." you muttered, smiling with tears in your eyes. After that, the five of you decided to eat. Inosuke was stealing food from Tanjiro while Zenitsu was shouting at Inosuke about manners. Nezuko was trying to comfort you while eating. Though you sadly didn't see Muichiro nor Kanao, you were glad to hang out with your friends even if you were dealing with a tough situation.

After lunch, the three boys decided to head towards their classrooms as Nezuko and you decided to throw away your trash before sitting back into your desk. Currently, you were learning history and Rengoku was trying to be inclusive. Rengoku, a 20 year old history teacher, was also a hashira and he could identify all of the corps members in his class. When he entered the classroom, he immediately noticed you and your sad face.

'Ah, young (Y/N). So it was really confirmed that he really did disappear.' Rengoku thought as he tried to think of a way to cheer you up during his history class. So, he decided to come up with a cavaly battle in his class. The whole class began to shout in excitement as you looked around you.
