Percy

"Dude, did you hear that?" Percy asked. Hopefully he wasn't going crazy. Seems unlikely. Nico looked concerned as well. But they were near the Paris Catacombs so he was probably sensing lots of death.
"Hear what? We're in freaking Paris! There's noises in every direction, man," Leo said. Maybe he wasn't going crazy but he was almost 100% positive he heard talking from above him. Last time that happened was when Jason was flying above them. But Jason was right next to him.
"Why can't we just have a peaceful vacation, just the nine of us?" Hazel asked, flustered. Hazel's first life probably didn't have any Paris trips.
"No, it was voices. I heard it, too." Calypso said. Annabeth nodded. Percy was holding Annabeth's hand and it was starting to tremble as if she was urging to grab her knife.
"It wasn't French or English," Piper said. Piper instinctively knows French because it's the language of love and her mother is Aphrodite, the goddess of love.
"Um, guys? Look at that," Frank said, pointing above them. Sure enough, when Percy looked up, two teenagers were flying three stories above them. One was almost completely identical to Jason but he had longer, messier hair.
"Probably monsters in disguise," Percy said.
"Or demigods. Children of Zuess," Jason said.
"I'll call them down. With charmspeak," Piper said. Piper called to them and they came down. Percy saw their eyes glaze over a bit as they came down. They shook out of their confusion as they touched the ground.
"How can they see us?" the girl asked, in English.
"It's probably my great looks," the boy said. "Obscurers tend to break at the sight of me."
"Um hi. I'm Percy. This is Leo, Frank, Hazel, Jason, Annabeth, Piper, Calypso, and Nico. Who are you? Are you Demigods?" Percy asked.
"Give out our social security numbers while you're at it," Annabeth mumbled. That was pretty stupid of Percy. Why would he tell these teenagers all their names out of the blue? And ask them if they're Demigods?
"You can trust us. I'm Sophie Foster and that's Keefe Sencen. And a demigod? Isn't that from Greek and Roman mythology?" Sophie, the girl, asked.
"Yes. One godly parent and one mortal parent," Calypso explained.
"What? Sophie, all you told me about were humans and old humans! Not Demi-somethings! I already saw a new species today. Like, what's a dog? Okay, you know what? I give up. These crystals should just be magnetic to good looks. It would take us two seconds to find these stupid things!" Keefe said. Percy was liking this guy already. Definitely not a monster.
"Demigods aren't real. At least I don't think they are. I really have had enough crazy myths come true for an elven lifetime or two," Sophie said. Elves? Now Percy was confused.
"Are you children of Zuess or Jupiter?" Jason asked. "You could fly. I can do that, too. Son of Jupiter."
"Wow. Back the T-Rex up," Keefe said. "What?"
Then Percy and the rest of the crew launched into mythology lessons.
