Sunday had finally arrived, and that meant that it was also Auradon Prep's Family Day. Ben had a flair for the dramatics, so unsurprisingly, he had asked for a song and dance number to welcome the guests to the Family Day. He took the lead and easily charmed everyone present at the event. Meredith was with the rest of the audience: a mix of students, staff, and parents. She was standing by one of the cocktail tables adorned with a sky blue and white tablecloth with Jordan, the Genie's daughter, both of them already entertained by the performance even before they started singing.

"Ma chere Mademoiselle, it is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you tonight," Ben began. "And now we invite you to relax! Let us pull up a chair as the dining room proudly presents: your dinner!"

And then, the other performers joined in.

"Be our guest, be our guest
Put our service to the test
Tie your napkin 'round your neck, cherie
And we'll provide the rest
Soup du jour, hot hors d'oeuvres
Why, we only live to serve
Try the grey stuff, it's delicious
Don't believe me? Ask the dishes!"

"Yeah, they can sing, sing, sing, they can dance, dance, danceAfter all, Miss, this is FranceAnd a dinner here is never, never second bestGo on, unfold your menuGo on, take a glance and then you'llBe our guest, be our guestBe our guest, yeahYeah, ...

"Yeah, they can sing, sing, sing, they can dance, dance, dance
After all, Miss, this is France
And a dinner here is never, never second best
Go on, unfold your menu
Go on, take a glance and then you'll
Be our guest, be our guest
Be our guest, yeah
Yeah, come on, yeah
Be our guest, guest, yeah, yeah!"

Meredith laughed as the boys had their own little dance and rap. Even Doug looked like he was enjoying it a lot, which was a far cry from his shy and awkward personality.

"Beef ragout, cheese soufflé, hey
Pie and pudding en flambé, flambé
We'll prepare and serve with flair
A culinary cabaret
You're alone, oh and you're scared, yeah
But the banquet's all prepared
No one's gloomy or complaining
While the flatware's entertaining
We tell jokes, I do tricks
With my fellow candlesticks
And it's all in perfect taste, that you can bet
Come on and lift your glass
You've won your own free pass
To be our guest..."
