"Come on Johnny boy! I don't bite."
☆"Where shall I put this?" John carries a heavy box into Jamie and Rowan's new apartment.
"Just in the kitchen area." Rowan points. Three months have passed and they had finally gotten around to moving into a place of their own together.
John places the box on the floor and stands up straight, rubbing his back. He looks around the new space. Jamie emerges from the bedroom and wraps his arms around Rowan's waist, planting a kiss on his lips. "We're here. We did it."
"Excuse me...hello! I'm in the room." John waves.
Jamie chuckles, pulling apart. "Yeah, whatever. You and Toby aren't exactly discreet." Jamie chides.
"Whatever." John rolls his eyes. He opens the fridge, seeing it empty. "What are you gonna do with all this fridge space now you don't need to put blood bags in here?"
"Food John, like everyone else." Jamie slams the fridge door back closed.
"Oh that reminds me..." Rowan heads over to a shoulder bag laying on one of the chairs and pulls out a plastic medicine bottle full of round pills. He opens the top and lets two fall into his hand. He places one into his mouth and gives the other to Jamie. "Here."
Jamie takes the pill and pops it into his mouth and swallows it down.
"How do they work again?" John asks, watching as Rowan grabs a bottle of water from the bag to wash the pill down.
"They're blood stabilizers. Like vitamin tablets. They give our blood what we need and allow us to feed from each other, we don't have to look elsewhere." Rowan leans in again and kisses Jamie.
"Doesn't it bother you that you need to take them for the rest of your life?" John asks.
"Well many people have to be on medication for all sorts of things, which they have to take throughout their lives. It's nothing new." Rowan shrugs. "I'm just glad I managed to finally help the man I love, live his life and be happy."
"I always loved your amazing brain Rowan." Jamie smiles returning the kiss.
"Again I am still here!" John huffs.
Jamie pulls away, "That's the last box anyway. You can go."
John grabs his bike helmet from the side. "Well congratulations on your new place."
"Thank you John. Oh and make sure you and Toby visit often." Rowan calls.
"We will." John calls before closing the door behind him.
Jamie and Rowan embrace each other again. "I love you Rowan."
"I love you too James."
Jamie rolls his eyes. "Please, call me Jamie."
"No."
"Why?"
"Because everyone else calls you Jamie. So you are my James." Jamie tuts at Rowan.
"Ok, but only you." Jamie leans in again for another kiss.

"Hey, I'm back!" John calls as he heads into Toby's and now his apartment.
"I'm on the balcony." Toby calls. John sets down his helmet and keys, removes his boots and makes his way to their little outside space. Toby is sat, feet up, glasses on, reading a book.
"What you reading?"
"Oh a classic. Dracula of course! You know you might just be a descendant." Toby laughs.
"Yeah whatever. I'm all human now." John says, pushing Toby's feet off of the existing chair and sitting down.
"Are they all settled?" Toby asks, referring to Rowan and Jamie.
"Yes and all loved up." John rolls his eyes.
"Hey, so are we, aren't we?" Toby pouts.
John pulls Toby's chair closer to him. "Oh yeah." He leans forward giving him a kiss. John pulls back and gives a devilish smile. "Do you want me to show you how much I love you?"
Toby leans back slightly. "No." He replies.
"No?"
"No, this time I'm gonna show you how much I love you." Toby gets up off of his seat and walks inside. Leaving John to ponder on what that meant, then it clicked. He took a small gulp as he slowly got up off of the chair and made his way into their apartment and into their bedroom.
Toby was already laying on his side on the bed. Half clothed. He pats the space next to him, for John to join.
"Come on Johnny boy...I don't bite."
