Chapter 13

Someone's POV

"I tri... tried a lot to get her details. But she was safeguarded by his mate". My warrior was crying from fear. The thing I want to see in Xavier's face. I spat on his face and asked him to get lost.

I need to find a black sheep among Xavier's followers. That's the only way to reach his mate. Wait for that day, Xavier. I am coming to you. I will not spare anyone on the moon. They have stolen something important to me.

Raine's POV

"Wake up Raine. We need to start training". I didn't move at all. I knew it was Serena. "Raine don't make me use some tricks to wake you up". She will not do such things. She started to count 1,2,3 and then splash.

Water was dripping from my hair. I took a pillow and aimed at her. My aim missed. But it did hit on Xavier's head. I smiled sheepishly at him. "Till playing like kids". He playfully glared at me.

"Get ready Raine. We need to go for a run before your training." I nodded at him and went to get ready. After wearing a sports dress, I went out. It was chilling outside. I was shivering from cold. The place was covered by snow. My shows were going inside the snow on each step. How the hell we are going to run on this.

Xavier and Serena were standing there like a rock. "Your body will adapt to this climate after sometime Raine. Don't worry". Then we started to jog for some time. They made me run laps for more than 10 times.

I was out of oxygen now. Anyone could hear my breathing sound. I went to have some water. "No Raine wait for some time before drinking the water". My body was exhausted. But what he was right. We should not drink water immediately after running.

"You will get trained in the guest house. Serena will be there for you. I have increased the patrol around the area. You don't need to worry about anything." I pouted at him. "I will not be able to see you for the entire day".

He shuffled my hair playfully. "I will be the one who drops you and picks you up after your training". At least I can be with him for some time. I already got attached to him.

We came home after 30 minutes of exercise. Sweat was dripping out of my body. I took a long bath and came outside with a bathrobe. I heard a menacing growl.

Xavier's eyes were dark blue. His pupils were elated. He was staring at me lustfully. He started to walk towards me. I tried to move from that place. But my stupid body was not executing my brain's command.

"Raine. You are testing my patience. If I were you, I would not stand here." He said in a raspy voice. I didn't even take a step backward. He smelled my neck. He started to kiss from my earlobe to the neck. I felt goosebumps when he kissed on my junction of the neck.

"This is where I am going to mark you, my mate". He said to me with a husky voice. I shivered at his words. I waited for the next step. But nothing happened. When I opened my eyes, he was standing in front of me with a dress in his hands.

I took that dress and went inside the restroom. It took some time to clear my mind. He didn't like my body. So only he didn't mark me. What did you expect Raine that he will love you?

I don't blame him. I need to find a perfect pair for him before this end. He should live happily. I masked my emotions and went out. He was not in our room. Our room. No, his room. Get a grip on yourself Raine. Don't make him sad.

He was waiting for me in the dining hall. "Come princess have your breakfast." I had two pieces of pancake and one glass of juice. "You need to intake more food mate.". I nodded at him.

"Serena will come directly to the training spot. Shall we go mate"? I went along with him in the car. "Why are you so silent mate. Is something bothering you?".

"No. Nothing is wrong. I am just agitated with his training". I came up with a good lie. Wow Raine you have developed in this department. "Don't worry mate. My sister will be gentle with you".

"Ok, Raine. Practice well. Call me once you finished the training. Don't go anywhere without informing Serena." He was telling me as if I was a child. "Ok grandfather. Now you can go". He kissed me on the forehead and went to do his work.

I went inside the house. It was beautiful in and out. The house was surrounded by a large lawn. I heard Serena's voice. She was talking with someone. I went to her. She was talking to a woman. Beautiful. Words will not be enough to express her beauty. She was breath-taking. And beside her, another girl was standing. She was also beautiful. But I felt something odd about her.

"Hi, Raine. Come here. Raine this is Angeline Xavier's sister." I shacked my hands with her. But she pulled me to a hug. "Hello, Raine. So happy to see you".

"And this is Jacqulyn. She is a friend of mine". I extended my hands to shack her. But she just said hi. I was more than embarrassed.

"But Angeline why you need to train her. She is looking like waste baggage. How come she becomes one of your students". She was trying to provoke me. I bared my teeth at her. My body started to vibrate. I could feel the spark in my eyes. The fire was spreading throughout my body.

"Raine control yourself. Think of water". But I turned my direction towards Jacqulyn. I stared at her with fierceness. My hands were covered with fire. I took my hands in front of Jacqulyn and thrown the fire on her.

But Angeline calculated my steps and moved Jacqulyn out of my view. "Raine you need to control yourself. Come on think of water. Slowly you will release the fire"

I did as she told. I closed my eyes and started to think of water. Fire and my mind were quarreling with each other. It's like the fire has overtaken my mind. But I didn't give up. Finally, the fire in me reduced. When I opened my eyes, the place was surrounded by water.

I was shocked with myself. "Don't worry Raine you are having the power to control air, water, and fire. But you need to control it properly".

I turned to Jacqulyn and said sorry. Angeline made me stand in the center of the lawn. She asked me to meditate for half an hour.

"Ok, Raine. Now we will start with fire element". I nodded at her. "Fire is the strongest element comparing the other two. You need to control your mind. Or else you will kill innocent people with fire."

"Now close your eyes and think of fire. Think without stress. Stress will hold your mind. You should be the one who rules your mind. No elements should rule you". I closed my mind and start to think of fire. The spark was spreading in my body. It was trying to control me. But I should control it. I need to be powerful to control it.

"Now open your eyes and look at me". I opened my eyes. The fire was spreading out my eyes. I looked at her eyes for more than five minutes. "Now look at the old tree in the corner". I looked at the tree. "You need to fire that tree after three counts."

The fire was overpowering me. I felt like the fire was flowing inside my nerves. I started to take deep breaths. I tried a lot to control it. "One"... "Two". I fired at the tree.

"Ok, Raine. Now, look at my eyes". I turned my head towards her. "Control yourself and think of water. Control your mind and body."

I did what she asked. I started to think about the water falling from a mountain. The fire inside me started to reduce. I let out labored breaths. Back to normal me. I opened my eyes viewed at the sight before me. I can find the ashes of the burnt tree. But still, I was surrounded by water. But less comparing to the before one.

"Good Raine. You have the natural ability to control yourself. I will shape you better." I nodded at her. "I think it's enough for today's session".

I informed Xavier to pick me. "Raine. I want to ask something". "Yeah. Ask Angeline. Don't hesitate. Moreover, you are Xavier's sister".

"How is Xavier?". I can feel the ache from her heart. She is missing her brother.

"He is fine Angeline". "Take care of him, Raine. Shower him with love. He is still a baby wandering for love". I needed to do something to make their relationship successful.

"I will". "Raine, Xavier is here". Serena told me. "I am coming". I replied to her. "Bye Angeline. We will see tomorrow"
