(A/N: shout out to FlawedParadigm for the commissions and idea's she's provided/providing. Just as a note to my readers, as far as I know, All for One's real name is Shigaraki and hand-face "Shigaraki"'s real name is Tenko Shimura but was later changed to Tomura Shigaraki when he became his foster father.)
Narrator's P.O.V
"According to her chart, Star here is will be developing a quirk very soon." the black market doctor smiled
"What about Skye?" he asked with a stern voice
"I'm sorry Mr. Night but she doesn't seem to have a quirk. With twins, there's a high risk that only one will develop a quirk."
He let out an annoyed sigh and took both girls by the hand, walking out with them both home.
When they got home, they were greeted by his brother.
"So how'd it go?" Shigaraki asked
"Skye's quirkless" he growled, not realizing he began to grip his daughter's wrist tighter
"That's no problem," Shigaraki laughed "You're The Doctor. You can just run some experiments and stuff and just give her one. It's not like it's too hard for you of all people to mess with DNA to give someone a quirk. Just look at the nomu you've been making for me."
"You're right," he said "We'll start today."
>>>>>time skip a year (she's starting to develop a quirk now)<<<<<
Skye's P.O.V
Today's my first day of training. Since Ray and Star's quirks aren't very offensive, they were sent to live with Mother. As far as I know, they're actually in hero school. For their own protection, they've taken Mother's last name, Alcott. My training lasted all day with no breaks. By the time it was dinner time, I was exhausted.
"Happy birthday, Mouse." uncle Shigaraki said from the seat next to me
I rolled my eyes at him as he ruffled my hair a bit. I hated that nickname he called me. I used to love it when my mother would say it but with him, it was different. I always felt like he was calling my weak. Mouse; it was pathetic. Small, helpless little rodent. Father would have sent me away years ago if I was weak. Just as he did with mother and my siblings.
"Answer your uncle," Father said in a warning tone
"Thank you uncle," I said as I ate
"I have a present for you," he said while holding a bag of blood out
A pint of blood. It had to be a quirk. I manifested a blood quirk from Father's experiments. It was similar to Toga's honestly. If I drank a person's blood I could temporarily use the same quirk as them. The more I drank, the longer I could use it. Each ounce lasted about an hour. If I were to drink a pint of it, however, I would permanently have that quirk.
"It's a very special quirk, very rare and powerful." uncle Shigaraki explained "It's called Judgement. A person's life lays completely in your hands with this quirk. You can make your skin extremely poisonous. The only cure to the poison is digesting your blood. You'll be immune to poisons because of this quirk. In fact, the more poison you digest, the more powerful your own poison gets. The other half of this quirk will let you heal others by taking on the damage yourself and rapidly self-healing. The downside is that the more severe the damage you put yourself through, the longer it will take for you to heal. If you push yourself too far, you can die so be careful. Those who are too selfless will always lose."
"Thank you uncle" I smiled and took the bag
"That's not it. When you're ready, there's a spot for you in the league."
My smile grew "I'd be honored to join right away!"
"I know you're a thing with Dabi," he laughed "I'm sure he'll be happy to see you there."
"There's one more thing," Father said "It's important that you understand what you're about to be told. More importantly, you can't tell anyone else about this. Not even the league."
My expression immediately switched to serious, "What it is?"
"We have reason to believe All Might is going to try to take your uncle down once and for all." Father said "He has a quirk called One for All and is just as powerful as your uncle if not more. It's not like other quirks. It's passed down from person to person and it's power grows stronger with every new user. All Might's been weaker than his prime days. Everyone assumes it's from getting older but we think he's passed OFA to one of his students at U.A. and the quirk is slowly leaving his body. It's more than likely he'll try to sacrifice the last of his strength to fight Shigaraki. If he does, he'll probably win."
"That can't happen!" I yelled with tears pricking my eyes
My cheek stung as Father slapped me hard across the face, forcing me to fall out of my chair and to the floor.
"Know your place" he growled, "Don't interrupt me again or else."
A chill ran down my spine when he said that. I knew better by now than to give him a reason to punish me.
"Yes Sir, I'm sorry" I apologized
"I'm getting too old to take on in your uncle's place."
My uncle slid over a second pint of blood with AFO labeled on it.
"We've decided that you're going to be my successor," Shigaraki said
"It'd be an honor."
"Drink up and get some rest," Father said "You got a long day tomorrow. It'll be your first day on a job with the league."
