One More Time

Rebecca's POV

I was thinking about what Alexa asked. I didn't tell her that Luke's not her real father Colby is.

Flashback

"Colby I'm pregnant"

"Well what are we going to do"

"I'm gonna keep it"

"I'm married  and I've got  kids, I can't be a father to this one. Maybe you should abort it"

"I am not killing this child, I never asked you have to be the father"

I saw something on my phone that caught my attention. It was Colby.

C: Hi, Rebecca can we talk.

R: You dump your kid and me for more than 12 years and you don't just show up on my phone saying we need to talk.

C: I'm sorry, please can we talk.

R: Fine, where?

C: Coffee Express. 11 in the morning

R: Sure

C: Thanks.

Next Morning........

Nobody's POV

"Where are the two of you going?" Ashley asked.

"We're going Margret's ", Alice said.

"Don't be long", Ashley said.

"We won't"

"And where you going cause you don't look like you're going to the office" Ashley said

"Colby texted me last night and said we need to talk". Rebecca said.

"You still love him don't you", Ashley said.

"I never stopped", Rebecca said.

"If you had the chance would you take him back" Ashley asked.

"I don't know, I don't think he feels the same for me", Rebecca said.

"If he calls you after 12 years he still loves you, believe me" Ashley said.

"He has a family" Rebecca said.

"Forget about his family for a sec, would ya", Ashley said and Rebecca laughed.

"Go he must be waiting for you" Ashley said.

At The Coffee Shop.....

Rebecca's POV

I walked into the coffee shop and I walked over to the table Colby was sitting at.

"You still look beautiful as always", Colby said.

"You don't look bad yourself", I said. "What did you want to talk about.

"Our daughter", He said.

" You mean my daughter" I said.

"I sorry for everything I've done, I've hurt you and caused you pain", He said

"12 years ago you said you did not want anything to do with her and now you're saying you want to talk. There's nothing to talk about, Have you forgotten you have a family?", I said.

" Lacey left with my kids and since then I've been alone",  He said.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know", I said.

"Becks, I still love you, I never stopped. I want to be part of life, be part of our daughter's life, please just give me one more time", He said.

"I love you too", I said.

Then we kissed. I was the first to pull away.

"I missed that he said", he said smiling.

"Me too", I said shyly. 

"Tell me about her", he said.

"Well after I had Alexandria, my parents forced me to marry Luke because she need a father figure in her life. Few years later, my parents died so I took over my dad's company, Luke ran away and I made Alexa believe he died in a car accident. I've been alone till Ashley and her daughter Alice came to live with me" I said.

"I want to make it up to you", he said.

"It won't be easy", I said smiling.

"Whatever it takes, as long as I get to be with you and my daughter", He said.
