A Mother's Love

Rebecca's POV

"Do you like Colby", Alexa asked.

"As a friend, yes", I said.

"Mom, stop lying I've you two kiss a million times", she said.

"Alexandria", I said.

"Sorrry, but you two look cute toghether", she said.

"Stop poking your nose into other people's business", I said.

"But you poke your nose into my business", I said.

"That's because you are young, immature and you sometimes you don't what you're doing", I said.

"And I have to because you love him and you don't want admit it", she said.

"I love him", I said. There I said it, Are you happy now.

"Yes", she said smiling.

Alexa's POV

The doorbell rang and when I opened it, I saw Colby.

"Good Moring Princess", he said.

"Morning, I've missed you", I said hugging him.

"It looks like someone is very fond of you", my mom said.

"I was going out for some ice cream and I thought if we could all go", he said.

We all got into Colby's car and we were driving towards an ice cream shop.

"Two chocolate mint ice cream and one plain vanilla", he said.

"Thank You", I said as he handed me the ice cream.

"You both have awful taste in ice cream", he said.

"No, you just have horrible taste", we both said.

"I'd rather eat a tiny block of dirt than chocolates with mints", he said and my mom laughed.

After we had Ice cream, he took us bowling and then we all went to the park.

Colby's POV.

It was Sunday evening and I'm driving Rebecca and a sleeping Alexa back home. I'm happy spending time with Alexa. I'm just wondering what her reaction would be when she finds out that I'm her father.

"She looks cute when she's asleep", I said turning back.

"She's our little princess", Rebecca said.

At home...

"I'll carry her to her room", I said.

I dropped her carefully on her bed and Rebecca covered her with a blanket. I left the room and was heading to the door when she pulled me back.

"Please stay, just for tonight", she said.

"You're tired, you need to rest", I said.

"Just for tonight", she said.

"Okay"

We sat down on the couch and she laid her head on my chest.

"Have you ever taught of having more kids?" I asked.

"No", she said.

"Why"

Flashback

7 years ago...

"Mommy, are you having another baby?" Alexa asked.

"No baby, why do you ask", I said.

"I just want both us, only me and you", she said.

"Ok, I promise only me and you", I said.

"Pinkie promise", she said.

"Yes".

Present day...

"Now, it's going to be just the three of us", I said and she smiled.
