Gatorade || Tanaka Ryuunosuke

Hey, Hey honey bees uwu warning: this one is gonna be a little short but pretty fluffy. I have a really good idea for the next one so my inspiration kinda got poured into that one instead hehe

As per usual, You were currently seated on the bench inside the Karasuno gym. It certainly wasn't unusual. In fact, you had been at almost every practice they've had since you started dating Tanaka. The loud-mouthed wing spiker would drag you to the gym with him wherever he got the chance to after classes had ended. You didn't mind, but it was certainly hard to get used to all the personalities in the room. 

As you watched the boys practice, you couldn't help but smile softly as you recalled how you had met Tanaka. You were minding your own business, chatting with your friends while heading to lunch when all of a sudden you were stopped in your tracks by Tanaka on his knees in front of you, giving you an awestruck gaze. "Y-You... You're a GODDESS!!" He had yelled loudly, snagging the attention of quite a few people. You shook your head, blinking a few times as you looked down at him with complete surprise. "I'm sorry what?" You asked as you friends giggled behind you.

Tanaka had stood in front of you, his eyes still shining brightly as he grinned. He then moved and took one of your hands in both of his, hastily placing a soft kiss on your knuckles which made you blush softly. "I will do anything to win your heart." He declared confidently before he released your hand and ran off to where a shorter boy stood, peeking around the corner with a wide smile. You were beyond confused but Tanaka had stayed true to his word. He would find you at the most random times and give you gifts or just to compliment you whenever he could. Over some time, you really couldn't help but fall for his sweet gestures even if he was a little on the wild side. Upon Tanaka's next appearance, he had asked you on a date just like he did every other day but this time, you said yes.

And the rest was history.

A tap on your shoulder pulled you from your thoughts as you turned to look at Kiyoko who was giving you a knowing look. "You're staring at him again, Y/N." She said simply, smiling gently as your face burned a bright red. "W-Well how could I not when he keeps taking his shirt off." You said, pouting playfully as Tanaka once again ripped his shirt off and started to swing it around in the air as he yelled. "Mmm, I think he's doing it on purpose," Kiyoko said softly as she moved to pull out the water bottles, knowing the boys were about to take a small water break. "If he is then I'm gonna hit him  later." You said with a huff as you crossed your arms over your chest.

Just as Kiyoko had expected, Daichi called a water break and the boys made their way over to grab their water bottles. After thanking Kiyoko for his bottle, Tanaka happily made his way over to you. "Hey, babe! did you see that line shot I did? I've been getting such good hits in today!" He exclaimed with a childish grin as he quickly gulped down some of his water. "Of course I did, Ryuu. You were amazing as always." He blushed at your compliment.  "Oh! I have something for you!" You jumped up and began to dig around in your bag before you pulled out a bottle with red liquid inside.  

Tanaka's eyes practically sparkled as you held the bottle of Gatorade out to him with a giggle. "I figured you'd want something else to drink and you've been working so hard, I thought you'd like it." You said, watching him set his water bottle down on the bench so he could grab the Gatorade. "Thank you so much!" Tanaka quickly unscrewed the top and took a long sip of the sports drink.  You watched him gulp down the drink and took this moment to let your gaze drift over his toned body. He might not have as much as a build as most guys but damn, you thought he looked pretty hot when he was all worked up and sweaty.

As your gaze drifted over your boyfriend's body, you didn't notice that he had caught you staring. Tanaka smirked as he lowered the bottle. He absolutely loved it when he caught you staring like you were now, It was such a major confidence boost for him and he loved knowing he could make you all flustered just by him standing near you. "Hey, Y/N whatcha looking at?" He asked you teasingly. Your eyes darted back up to meet his gaze as you blushed like crazy. "Just at how sweaty and nasty you look right now." You replied simply, watching him plaster a fake frown on his face. You knew he was trying to tease you but you wouldn't let him get away with it this time.

"Sweaty and nasty huh?" He asked with a playful smirk, taking a step forward as his eyes narrowed slightly. Your confidence dropped as soon as you saw him start to make an advance, "Ryuu. Stop right there." You said, trying to sound assertive. He only chuckled at your attempt before he sprang forward, trapping you quickly in his arms, nearly spilling some of the Gatorade as he wrapped his arms around your frame. You faked gagged as he rubbed his face against your cheek but honestly you couldn't be happier at the moment. Although he was sweaty, It only seemed to enhance his natural smell which you absolutely adored. He was warmer the usual due to practice and you could easily melt into his embrace if you were alone.

"EW Ryuu get off you're gross!" You squealed as he only hugged you tighter, pressing a bunch of kisses on your cheek which was turned towards him. He, of course, didn't listen as he continued to pepper you with kisses and press you as close as he could. In a final attempt to gain freedom, you turned to face him and quickly connected your lips to his. Tanaka seemed to freeze up at that as he wasn't expecting you to outright kiss him in front of his teammates. You were able to escape his grasp and quickly snatched the bottle of Gatorade from his grasp which made him pout. "If you can't behave then you don't get this back." You said with a smirk as you brought the rim of the bottle to your lips and took a small sip.

Tanaka's face just glowed a bit brighter at that, taking note that he just had his mouth all over that very spot and of course because the look you were giving him over the bottle was quite hot in his opinion. "Okay! I won't do it again I swear!" He called out, watching you drink more of the sports drink. With a giggle, you offered it back to him which proved to be a trap as he quickly took hold of your wrist and pulled you back into his chest. "Sike~" He purred in your ear before placing his lips on yours again. You quickly melted into the kiss until you were both interrupted by Daichi clearing his throat. You pulled away to see the third-years giving you both a look which made you quickly spring apart, feeling embarrassed.

"Alright, Lovebird." He said, narrowing his eyes at Tanaka. "No PDA in here, none of us want to see that." "Yeah, it's kind of really disgusting." You heard Tsukki comment. "Nah, you're just jealous you don't have a girl to kiss, Tsukkishima," Tanaka said with obvious pride as he slung his arm over your shoulders, taking the bottle of Gatorade back from you. You giggled and Daichi rolled his eyes. "Alright alright, let's get back to practice." Tsukki gave Tanaka a small glare before he pushed his glasses up and headed back onto the court.

Tanaka turned to you and placed a soft kiss on top of your head, looking down at you with a gaze full of pure adoration. "I love you, Y/N," He said simply as he moved his arm off your shoulder. You giggled and gave another quick peck to his lips before you shoved him, taking the Gatorade once more.  "I love you too. Now go give me a reason to kiss you again." He grinned and ran back onto the court, screaming about making you love him even more by hitting perfect spikes.
