4. Maggie & Rita

It was the evening, and the 3 friends were ever so tired. They came across an ally way to rest. It was very cold, and Sheila had fallen asleep, and the girls didn't have a a blanket to warm up. "It's s-s-s-so c-c-cold," Sheila stammered whilst sleeping. "We need to warm up otherwise we'll freeze," Ella said, worried. "if only we had a fire..." Erin's earrings twinkled. "Did you say 'fire' darling?" she inquisited. "Yes? Why?" Ella replied. "Because I'm a fire fairy! I can magic some fire for us!" exclaimed Erin. With that, she shot warm coloured sparks from her hands and created a toasty flame.

"That is what you call a fire!" she stated proudly. The 3 sat down to rest. By the time they were warm again, the sky got darker, which meant it was getting late. "Oh no," Erin whimpered. "the inn will be shut soon! Oh, don't worry, you'll still be warm when we move!" They got their luggage, and Erin carried sleeping Sheila on her back. They ran as fast as they could to the inn. But on the way, Erin heard 2 more voices. "No, no! I'm sure will be fine!" one said. "Says you, Magsy," the other one replied. "Psst!" Erin whispered to Ella. "let's check it out."

They went towards the direction the voices came from and got closer and saw 2 girls wearing dark coloured hoodies. "Seriously, you are soo dull!" "Shut your mouth, dragon tamer!" "Don't shut me up, galaxy girl!" "Don't call me that, Magsy!" "Hey!" Erin shouted. She fiercely pulled down their hoods and their faces gleamed in the moonlight. On girl was around the same height as Ella and Sheila; she had lime hair; her fringe covered her right eye and her hair was styled in 2 bunches with grey scrunchies. She had black irises and a dull look on her face. The other girl was slightly taller than Erin and had long curly black hair with green highlights. She had fern green eyes and a brighter expression.

"Ok, what are you two doing hanging out at 6:00pm? And who are you anyways?" Erin demanded sternly, her hands on her hips. "Ok, let's introduce ourselves," the short girl replied. "I'm princess Rita of Spacering, and this is Princess Maggie of Clawrrmier." "But call use Maggie and Rita," added Maggie, winking. "and the reason we're here is because us two are going to the 'Peacock's feather' because tomorrow we're going to the Crystil-" "The Crystilville Mansion!" Erin interrupted excitedly. "How did you know??" Maggie asked, puzzled. "Because I'm going there too!" squealed Erin. "and so are my friends Ella and Sheila!" "That," Rita started. "is the creepiest thing I have ever heard."

Maggie, however, reacted differently. "No way!" she cried. "we're going to have some company, Rita! Isn't that wonderful?" Rita sighed then rolled her eyes. "Ok then.. Um.." she said. "Erin," replied Erin. "Ok then, Erin," Rita repeated. "I'm guessing the girl on your back and the girl behind you are your friends then. "Yes, indeed," Erin said, and Sheila woke up, getting off Erin's back. "Ella and Sheila, this is Maggie and Rita, Maggie and Rita, meet Ella and Sheila," Erin introduced. "Why are you two here and not at the inn?" Ella asked. "Because Rita read the map wrong and we got lost," Maggie replied, glaring at her friend. "Well, it was your fault because you took the wrong map!" Rita answered, glaring at Maggie back.

Soon, the 2 started shouting and fighting like children. "Stop it!" Sheila yelled, who was getting a headache from the noise, then the 2 reluctantly stopped and looked. "This is my kingdom and I know the way to the peacock's feather," she replied. Sheila gave the 2 directions and they thanked her. "Hey, is it alright if me and Rita come with you?" questioned Maggie. "we don't feel right just together." "Sure, why not?" Ella replied happily. The 5 walked out of the ally way and to the inn. Two more friends! thought Ella. Imagine if we had one more...
