18. The Volcano's Secret

Ella, Erin and Sheila arrived at Cracle's Volcano, which was dry, hot and lifeless. It was part of the ruins of old Crystilville. Cracles was tall and rocky, with lava inside; people believe that the remains of the lava kingdom are underneath there. Finally, there was the lava heart stone, trapped in inflammable ice. "So, the 2nd moon is located here?" Sheila asked. "if it's around a volcano then that means-" "The fire moon is here!" Ella interrupted. "but how would we find it if we can't see it?" "Guys, do you know the fairytale of the girl who climbed Cracles to get power from the lava heart stone to make powerful fireworks?" asked Erin. "Yes," the 2 replied. "why?" "Cause that's probably what we have to do to find the moon!" Erin replied. "Good idea," Ella stated.
"but we need someone to climb up the volcano to get the moon." "I wish I could but my vines are useless in lifeless places like this," Sheila protested. "And I can't do it because my powers are too weak for volcanoes," Ella added. "Well, I can climb it because I'm a fire fairy, and my powers a strong here," Erin replied. "That's great!" cried Sheila. "but how will you do it?"

"Like this," Erin said. She walked up to the volcano confidentially and said 'Yogan Kazan no Josho'. Her hands lit up orange and she began to climb up. Soon after, Erin had reached the top, when suddenly, a bolt of lightning almost knocked her off and nearly hit Ella and Sheila. "Surprise, ladies!" a woman shouted. The storms cleared, and out flew a figure with long golden hair, a burgundy and gold outfit and a golden umbrella. "Stacey!" yelled Ella. "Who is she?" asked Sheila, scared. "That's Stacey, one of O'feara's sidekicks," Ella replied. "So, Ella, the crystal moon Ice guardian," Stacey purred. "you and Lune may have defeated my Queen's demon but you will not defeat me again! The 2nd moon is ours!" "No it is not!" Ella stated. "it belongs to the rightful guardian!" She took her crystal moon and held it high. "Ella! Crystal Moon of Ice!" she shouted. After she transformed, she flew up in the air and floated opposite Stacey. "So you have powers now, huh?" said Stacey. "well not for long! Lightning Strike!"

"Look out!" shouted Sheila. Ella and Erin looked up and saw that Stacey's umbrella had controlled the storm! Lightning bolted down. "Duck!" screamed Ella. Everyone ducked as the lighting missed them. "Ugg, you're too smart for my tricks, fairy!" Stacey yelled. "just wait until I get your friend!" "Erin, keep climbing, Stacey's after you!" Ella cried. So Erin kept climbing, non-stop...
