Ella entered the Crystilville Mansion's library; it was grander than the auditorium, the breakfast hall, the dorm, the Royal Express train and the hotel! There were chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, giant lilac bookshelves with mobile ladders attached to them, tables with crystal balls and candles underneath globes, tables with laptops and an old copper sign that said 'Be Quiet!', but because it was so old, it said 'B i t! " The letters must've fallen off, Ella thought." Psst! Ella!" a voice whispered. "We're over here!" It was Tina, and Sheila was sat with her. Ella walked up to their table and took a seat, then put her book pile on the table. "So, what's been going on?" she asked. "We were reading," Tina replied. "and I found this really interesting thing in a spellbook. I showed it to Sheila, and she suggested you should read it too!" "Really? What's it about?" Ella asked again.

"It's called 'black mist'," read Tina. "it surrounds people and is usually found in witchcrafty and suspicious places. I also found out that it was... A CURSE!" she yelled. "Quiet..." the grumpy librarian echoed, sitting behind her desk at the back of the room. "A curse!" repeated Tina, but this time more quietly. "Woa," Ella said. "what does it do?" "It has the ability to take magic," Sheila replied, giving Ella the book. The page read: 'This curse has power to suck up any surrounding power off any fairy. It is quite dangerous. The opposing defence power is unknown. The curse disappears like it appears...' Ella was shocked." Disappears like it appears?" she whispered. Tina nodded. "COOL!" shouted Ella. "Shhh," the librarian said again in her monotonous voice. "quiet.." "Why don't we go back to the dorm and take these books," suggested Ella. "They were borrowed," Sheila told. "OK whatever," Ella replied. The 3 put the library books back on the shelves and walked out of the library.

"Going to the loser room, brats?" cooed Stephanie, 2 of her mates laughing. "Cut it out, Stephanie," Ella replied, not caring about anything. "also, why don't you say that to your mirror?" Stephanie's face burned red, full of anger. "How.. Dare you!" she cried. "girls, let's get away from these phonies!" Stephanie furiously walked away, and the gang followed. "Looks like we have a popular-girl-bully, huh?" Tina said. "Yes, pretty much" Ella replied confidently. "Hey, let's get a few snacks. I'm very thirsty," suggested Tina. "Sure," Ella replied. They went to the snack bar, and Ella and Sheila bought 1 thing and a drink, however Tina bought A LOT of snacks and drinks. "Mmmm!" she sighed, after drinking her 5th bubble tea. "De-licious!" Really? Ella thought. She's smart, sociable and now she's a food addict? "I love this food so much!" Tina exclaimed.

"Oh no look, we're on the wrong floor," Sheila awkwardly said. The girls had gone a lot more stairs higher than their dorm. "Take the the lift?" Ella asked. "Yes," answered Tina, sucking a bubblegum lollipop. It took a while to get back to dorm 285 since they were on a high floor. In the end, they made it to the floor their dorm was on, and they unlocked the door. As soon as they opened the door, one of the girls shouted "Ella!"...
