"That must be Erin!" Tina cried. "I hope she's OK!" Sheila whimpered in fear. "I hope so too, Sheila," Ella replied. "now let's go!" Ella, Tina and Sheila went into room 1, and there was Erin, standing on her bed, alongside Maggie and Rita, who were fighting something off: Black Mist. "Careful, Magsy!" Tina called. "that mist will absorb any magic you throw at it!" "I didn't use any magic!" Maggie replied. "I'm using a toilet plunger!" "How very pleasant," Erin sarcastically murmured. Maggie thwacked the toilet plunger onto the mysterious mist, but it kept reforming. "Oh packets of crisps!" Maggie yelled. "the blasted thing won't go away!" The mist hissed and circled around the room. "Get back!" Tina yelled, pulling Ella and Sheila towards the others. The 6 stood on a bed each. The mist twirled around in the centre of the room. "YeSsSsSsSsSsS," it hissed. "What the," Ella said. "the book never said anything about the curse talking!"
"I'm not a cursssse, Ella," the mist continued. "Then, who are you?!" Ella sternly replied. "and how do you know my name?!" "I can ssssssee all the time, young one," the mist replied, circling. "I see you all in your sleep. I could see you all in your dreams!" "Eek!" Sheila squealed. "this thing is s-s-scary!" "Oh stop being a wimp, Sheila!" the mist barked. That insulted Sheila quite a bit. Tears streamed down her cheeks. "Thanks a lot, coward," Rita replied, comforting her friend. "you may be a curse, but you don't have to be like Stephanie." "But Rita, I will show you why I'm not a curssse! " the mist replied. It then swirled and a small pink potion bottle covered in indigo beads formed. A label saying 'open up' was attached to it. "What is it?" Erin inquisited. "It's a bottle," Ella replied, jumping of the bed and kneeling in front of the bottle. "saying 'open up'." "FBI OPEN U-" Maggie screamed, but then Rita covered her mouth. "Should we open it?" Tina questioned. "it doesn't say any curse words." "I guess we should," Ella replied. She took the cap off, then the mist poured out, shaping into an unusual sculpture...
