Roman put on his jacket as he turned to the door"Roman,do you really have to leave?"Virgil whined.
Roman sighed and walked back to the alien sitting on the counter with cereal"I'm sorry Mi Amor,I need this job to buy things."he ruffled Virgil's raven hair and turned to the door.
"I'll ask Remy about the party,ok?"Virgil nodded"bye."he mumbled as Roman went out the door,Patton sighed and lied down on the floor.

Roman was giving items to the customers when he saw Remy"hey Rem,over here!"Remy walked over"you reconsider?"
Roman sighed"Virgil gets what he wants."Remy stifled a laugh"wow,that little guy has you wrapped around his finger doesn't he?"
Roman blushed"well,how can he not?"Roman thought of Virgil's laugh and sighed dreamily"hello?earth to Roman?"Roman shook his head"sorry,what were you saying?"
Remy smirked"well,you follow that Virgil around like a dog don't you?it's kinda funny to imagine."Roman blushed"be quiet,I'm just a good spouse."Remy took a sip of his Starbucks"I knew you were with him,I saw it when I handed him my number."
Roman groaned"the only reason I'm talking to you is because I want to know when the party is."Remy smiled"oh,it's this Friday."Roman nodded"thanks,can you move along now?"

Virgil sighed as he looked through DVD's,nothing looked good.
Patton was sitting next to Virgil as he gave him a pat"I know buddy,I'm bored too."Patton barked in agreement,Virgil floated around and looked outside.
Virgil saw Roman's car and smiled"Roman's home!"he yelled opening the door and shooting forward,Roman got out the car and was tackle hugged by his spouse"you're home you're home!"
Roman smiled and hugged back Virgil"you missed me,little comet?"Virgil nodded"me and Patton were super bored without you."
Roman ruffled Virgil's hair and started walking inside"then let's have fun!"(curse my dirty mind)Virgil floated behind him.
Roman looked in the fridge"how about I tech you to cook something besides Ramen?"Virgil tilted his head"why would I eat anything else then Ramen?"Roman chuckled"well that's not healthy to eat 24/7."
"For you maybe."Virgil grumbled,Roman turned to him"do you wanna eat or not?"Virgil sighed"fine."
"Good,let's make eggs."Roman decided taking out a carton of eggs"now,you got it wrong the first time so let me show you the right way."
Roman hit the egg on the counter and opened it over the pan making the yoke come out"you putted shells when you made it,shells taste bad so you don't want that.ok?"Virgil nodded as he watched.
Roman sighed"and now we wait,when it's cooked we flip it,that's another thing you got wrong."Virgil pouted"you don't have to point it out like that."
Roman flipped the pan and the egg turned"woah,how did you do that?"Virgil asked"it's all in the wrist."Roman supplied.
Roman then put the cooked eggs on a plate"now your turn."Roman took out a cook book and opened it to the eggs"which one do you want?"Virgil stared at it then pointed at sunny side up"I think it says..s-sunny side up?"
Roman nodded"you're getting better at reading,little comet!"he said brightly before handing him the eggs"now,do what I did.if you need help,just ask."
Virgil hesitantly cracked the egg and opened it on the pan"did I do it right?"Virgil asked"you did perfect!now the other one."
Virgil did the same and smiled proudly as he waited"now you flip."Virgil stared at the pan how did Roman do it again?with the wrist?what's that supposed to mean!what's a wrist!?
Roman smiled softly"need help?"Virgil nodded shyly,Roman took Virgil's hands and put them on the handle"ok,hold on tightly."Virgil nodded and did what was instructed.
Roman hesitantly looked to Virgil"um..I'm going to be behind you,ok?"Virgil nodded"ok,I guess?"Roman got behind Virgil and grabbed his wrists.
Virgil blushed"ok,so these are your wrists.i forgot you don't know what that is,sorry."Virgil nodded"you're fine."Roman rested his chin on Virgil's shoulder"ok,I'm going to lift your wrists.i don't know how bendable you are so tell me if it hurts."
Roman then quickly lifted Virgil's wrists,making the eggs flip over"yes!you did so good!"Roman cheered quietly so he didn't yell in Virgil's ear.
Virgil blushed"t-thanks."Roman moved away from Virgil as he put the eggs on a plate"ready to eat?"
Virgil nodded"of course I am!"
