•my precious tape baby! we love sero in this household, if you don't then get out :D i'm very serious about my babies, so be very careful... anyways! this is like a really cute concept i don't think i've seen around at all. then again, i could be wrong but still. really cheesy, adorable, and all around cute. i made this really long since i love sero and this idea :3 . i hope you enjoy this:)

you really didn't know what your classmates were doing. a game in the common room was heard from your room, it sounded like mario cart maybe? you sighed and plugged in your headphones to your phone and tapped play on the playlist you had pulled up. the music played through the headphones you had placed in your ears and you didn't even notice a light knocking on your door.

the knocking came from a certain black haired boy standing outside your door with his usual t-shirt and sweats. sero was confused to as why you weren't answering the door. usually, around this time of the weekend, bakugou and you were playing mario cart and you were winning against him. it was unusual for you to ever miss the weekend cart play-offs. were you sick? no, you had showed up to class yesterday and was fine. maybe you felt ill this morning? no, you trained a for a little bit like always and came in on time for breakfast.

"what is up with this girl?" sero mumbled as he closed his eyes and opened the door. "i'm in your room y/n." sero said but didn't hear any retort back. "y/n?" sero uncovered his eyes to see you, dressed in the normal hoodie and shorts. with a tank top underneath the warm material always seen around you during the weekends. "are you dead?" sero asked as he walked over to your dead looking figure, which was sprawled out across the mattress in the dorm room.

you hummed along to the song playing as the darkness you could see from your closed eyes, got darkened even more. you slightly opened your eyes to see sero looking down at you while mumbling to himself. without him noticing, you turned the volume down all the way that way you could hear him. "maybe she doesn't feel good...but she looked fine this morning!" sero sat down on the bed and thought to himself.

"if i was sick, i'm pretty sure i would have 'sick, don't come in' posted on the door sero." you finally stated as you took out the headphones and shoved them and the phone on the bedside table. "you are alive!" sero grinned as he flung his arms around you into a large bear hug. "did you miss me that much? we talked like an hour ago sero!" you groaned as his long arms squeezed you tighter. "hey, elbow man. i can't breathe here y'know!" you sighed as he let go. only to have sero move his arms to around your waist instead.

if anyone saw this, they would've thought you two were a happy couple madly in love. which you weren't. of course, your elbow-hero hanta sero was indeed handsome and talented as all get outs but... he didn't know you liked him. it was better this way. you kept telling yourself this over and over. to no avail, your 'crush' transformed into the bigger word of something you had never felt before. 'first love'. the thought is scary. telling sero, the only guy you had gotten close to within days of knowing each other in the beginning of the school year, that you liked him was going to be a deadly mistake.

if he ever found out about this 'first love' of yours, the friendship would be ruined. shattered within just seven words. 'i am in love with you, sero.' it would be such a waste of time to tell him such useless words since you two were becoming hero's one day. "hey, are you alright? you seem to be out of it. usually you like me to be wrapped around you like my tape." sero frowned slightly as you looked at his chest and not at his gaze. you wanted to laugh at his joke he made, but you couldn't find it in you to do so. "i've noticed you stopped playing at the cart play-offs. we also haven't hung out much...have you been avoiding me?" sero finally asked the question you hoped he wouldn't. but he isn't dumb.

he may not act smart at times but he is incredibly smart when it comes to noticing things that others can't see. so of course he saw right through to your clouded mind. "it's nothing sero, don't worry so much." you smiled. trying to keep your fake act up for as long as you can to stop the 'first love' syndrome get to you. "i know you are lying y/n. how about this, we go play one game of mario cart and if i win you have to tell me whats wrong!" sero grinned as you frowned. "and if i win, i don't have to tell you." you said softer as sero nodded and grabbed your wrist. "let's go!" sero had dragged you out of the dorm room and to the common room.

after sero forced everyone to let you and him have a match with just the two of you playing, the game went by very slow. i can't lose. you thought as sero took the lead. the others were baffled as you had never let anyone get past your character. the only person who you always had a close race with was bakugou. "go y/n!" mina chriped out support as the other girls fell in behind her. the others cheered for sero. i can't lose. soon gasps were heard from the students in the common room as "winner" showed up on sero's side of the screen and not yours. "what? how!" the room was left in a shock as sero grinned and you looked over to him. his eyes were closed as he cheered.

once sero had opened his eyes, you weren't sitting beside him. everyone was so busy cheering for sero that you had managed to get out of the common room. "has anyone seen y/n?" sero chirped as todoroki pointed towards your room. "she left to her room a few minutes ago. y/n looked like she was talking to herself." sero thanked the candy-theme haired boy as he left in the direction of the room that belonged to you.

meanwhile... you sat on the bed. thinking to yourself. over and over again. "i lost. now i have to tell him the truth, but i can't. i don't want to." you mumbled as the door was knocked on. wanting to call out, you opened your mouth but stopped midway. sero opened the door and closed it behind him. "tell me, what is the reason you've been ignoring me?" the room went silent. moments passed by as sero stood there by the door waiting. "well?" sero asked as you clenched your fists together, as they rested on your thighs.

"first off...dont laugh, okay?" you asked as sero nodded and you motioned for him to sit down. "i've been meaning to tell you this for a while and i'm sorry it's forced us apart..." you started as sero only smiled and put a hand on your shoulder. you went silent. this was the part that you lost your best friend. the moment he got disgusted and walked out on you. leaving for good.

"mina told me." silence. "huh?" you were baffled as sero chuckled. "mina told me you fell in love with me." sero only grinned wider and wider as your cheeks got redder and redder. "how long have you known?" you, still baffled, asked in a panic. "a few months. ever since i started to cuddle you." he laughed and flung himself around you again. silence fell over the room again. you sighed in relief and chuckled a little bit. "i thought i was going to lose you for good..." sero's head shot up from your chest. he had laid his head down a few moments ago and was drifting off into a sleep with your hand going through his hair.

"you could never lose me! i love you too much to ever let you you. i guess you could say, i'm stuck to you like tape."
