I am rapidly losing faith in humanity from ALL these incidents. And it's not just racism, it's discrimination as a whole. Some facts:
- Being gay, lesbian and bi-sexual was only made legal in India LAST YEAR.
- This is, very obviously, NOT the first time American police have discriminated so violently.
- Gender discrimination still continues in ways we might not even notice.
And the list goes on and on.
But why do we classify ourselves based on our looks, thoughts, features, based on our differences? Aren't we all taught that every human deserves the same amount of respect, no matter our differences? Because EVERY PERSON IS DIFFERENT!
AND NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO ABUSE THEIR POWER!
AND WE ALL HAVE TO BE ACCEPTED NO MATTER WHAT!
BECAUSE, IN THE END, WE ARE ALL HUMANS! WE MIGHT BE DIFFERENT, BUT THAT ONLY MAKES OUR SPECIES BETTER !
Sorry for the rant, but I hope it inspired you do at least spread the news - about this incident, about any past ones, anything.
