Chp. 5 ~Collar~

Seonghwa didn't rest for a second the moment he walked through the door. He looked at everything and anything his eyes could look at, and I let him, of course. Why wouldn't I? After all this was his home now, too. He didn't go snooping in my room, once he found out where it was he left it alone. I wouldn't mind if he did take a look, the only thing is ask is that hopefully he doesn't look through my underwear drawer.

Right now Seonghwa was settling in his new room. I, on the other hand was waiting for him to finish so I could ask him if he wanted to go shopping for clothes and other things he may need.

As I waited patiently for him I opted to texting Kelly and telling her about Seonghwa and what he was like. It was strange for me to tell her about a boy, really it was. The reason for that is because I've never talked to anyone about the whole "Boys are cute!" Or kind of craze like that. I never fangirled about anyone or anything like that, so telling my best friend about a boy was weird to me.

Just as I finished telling Kelly to stop asking me how handsome Seknghwa was, the devil himself appeared from his room. 'Just in time' I thought to myself and put away my phone. He had a shy smile on his phone, but nevertheless I could tell he was happy. I know it'll take time for him to be more comfortable with me, and I'm fine with that just as long as he trusted me. "Hello, Y/n" He greeted me. I smiled to him and prepared to ask my question. "Hello, Seonghwa. How do you like your new room so far?" Ok that was a stupid question. But I wanted to break the ice a bit more.

His smile widened ever so slightly. If it weren't the fact that I was looking at him and paying attention, I swear I would've missed it. "I really like, thank you again" I waved my hands non-chalantly "Of course. I do want to ask you a question though." I waited for his reaction. He gave me a look that told me to continue, so I did. "Would you like to go shopping? We'll be going to the hybrid friendly mall, I just want to get you more clothes and other things that you may need. We don't have to go today if you don't want, we can go wherever you're ready!" I looked at him nervously, awaiting his response to what I just said. Seonghwa looked to be in thought, I knew he was thinking it over. I was kind of worried that he would get upset, like I would trigger a terrible memory for him.

You couldn't imagine the amount of relief I felt when he nodded his head, though when I looked into his eyes I could see he was worried, scared even. "Don't worry, I'll stay by your side and I won't let you out my sight for a second!" Seonghwa seemed to have relaxed a bit. His shoulders untensed and he exhaled a sigh of relief. "You go a head and get ready. I'll wait wait here for you." He nodded before disappearing to his room once again. Just like I said, I waited for him at the door. It didn't take him too long to come back and once he did we put on our shoes. I grabbed what else I would need before we stepped out.

On our way down the elevator I thought of what else we could do while out, the one thing that popped into my mind was that I hadn't eaten anything since this morning. I pulled out my phone and looked at the time. It was noon, so what better time then any to go and eat. The elevator dinged as the doors opened to the underground garage, Seonghwa and I walked out and made our way to my car. I unlocked it and got inside with Seonghwa doing the same. "Hey Seonghwa, would you want to go eat first before going shopping? That why we're not hungry while doing it and by the time we're done it should be around dinner time." "Sure that sounds like a good idea." I nod my head and started my car, I thought of places we could go to eat. One place in particular came to mind, and I think it would be the perfect option especially with Seonghwa with me.

The drive there didn't take too long, and it was peaceful with the music playing like last time. I pulled into the parking space of the restaurant, turning off my car and getting while telling Seonghwa to follow. The restaurants name that I decided to take Seonghwa is called 'Utopia'. The reasoning for its name was because the own -who is also a close friend of mine- wanted it to be hybrid friendly, with the interior design being that of something beautiful and unseen before. So that it could feel like a release. "This place is hybrid friendly and everyone that works here like hybrids, so I promise you that everything will be fine." Seonghwa nodded his head, though he still seemed unsure, so I said the one thing I thought of. "If you want you can hold my hand if it makes you feel better?" I have no idea if he'll actually do it, and I don't know why I was kind of hoping he would do it. Seonghwa whispered in the smallest voice I'd ever heard with a "Ok"
