The only thing that could be heard was the gun shots, and the sound of your breathing in your ears. "Get down now!" You heard somone yelling but is was to late a sudden explosion shook the ground beneath you. You fell to the ground covering you head hoping Nothing to big would hit you, the building around you began to crumble. "Shit I need to get out of here, this can't be how I die I wont let it!" You thought to yourself, but as soon as you got up the ceiling collapse above you and the rubble came crashing down. "NO!" you screamed holding your arms up trying to protect yourself.
Then everything stopped it was completely silent, you looked around and it was like time had stopped. You began to walk looking around you confused as you looked up you saw the giants piece of cement slowly coming down, to moved out of the way rather quickly. Seeing everyone one around you fighting but in slow motion, "who are these people? Why are they fighting?" You asked yourself, as you walked around you saw a man with a bright shield he was about to punch someone but there was a man behind him with gun aimed at his head. A woman with red hair shooting some guy and a man in a metal suit.
You walked up to group of struggling men and grabbed the gun from one man, and moved the man with the shield away from the others. "He must be one of the good guys right? He looks like a super hero" y/n thought to herself. As you walked around you saw more who looked like his, you saw more heros so you brought them all outside of the building seeing the time picking up seed again you hurried. By the time everything was normal you had got everyone out even the bad guys,"i must be the one doing this" you looked around, everything was so slow. You began to considerate but you did it from a distance, you didn't want those strange people to see you.
With in a e few minutes the time went back to normal, the building collapse, but people were pulled out of there thought when they looked around seeing where they were. "Shit! Its to late, retreat she's wake!" The "bad guys" began to run trying to escape the heroes. "Captain go find the girl, we need to get her back to the base" a woman with red hair said before going after the guys that ran away. The man she called Captain was the same man with the shield, he nodded and ran the opposite way toward you but you had hid behind a tree unsure of what was going on you didn't want to be seen. You thought I would be a good idea to make a run for it deep into the forest, you were safer there than around those people.
Waiting to see were the Captain went you decided to run the opposite direction of him, " i don't got a good feeling about this i need to get out of here, where even it here? Last I remember I was at home asleep now Im here?" You were running for what felt like ever, your thoughts swarming in your head. To focused on your thoughts to relize how dark it was, and how hard it was to see. Stoping you looked around and listened for a while, nothing it was dead silent. You looked around and sighed deciding to climb a tree, it was safer up there instead of on the ground. One you got upto a tall thick branch you sat waiting and listening, then you saw a red shinny thing in the sky moving around "wha- what Is that? Is that a ma- oh my god its iron man!" You whisper yelled "these must be the avengers!" Thinking to yourself in amazement. "So that dude with the shield is Captain America, and the lady with the red hair is black widow! Oh my god that so cool, why are they here? Whats happening?" You said out loud.
You looked down and saw a flash of blue and a shield " hey! You down there! Yeah you, why are you here?" You called down "I bet thats Captain America now" the man stopped looking around confused, then he looked up "hello there" the man called up, you waved back " your a very hard person to find, did you know that?" He yelled up. "Yeah that was the point, I didnt know who you guys were at first so I ran" you yelled back. "You mind coming down from that tree?" He yells up, and so you did climbing a few branches down then stopping and standing on a tree branch 10 feet in the air, "so why are you looking for me?" You asked him before coming all the way down. "Because you are someone ever special and you don't know it yet" he said smiling up at you. "Also you got kidnap so ya know" he said kinda laughing.
You jumped those ten feet down rolling onto the ground before getting up and wiping of your clothes, he looked at you and you looked at him for a moment in silence. "Hey I found y/n she was in a tree" the man said into an ear piece. "So now what?" You asked, "we wait to get picked up" he said back smiling. "Holy Shit! I'm talking to a super hero not just that a really fucking cute one" containing your excitement you simply nod. You two made awakerd small talk while waiting to get picked up, it had been about 20 minutes and then you heard car horn beep and that was it.
(Time skip 2 years)
Since that day you two first met life hasn't been the same, turns out you can control time which is cool and all but kind of a pain when you can't fully control it all of the time. Also you get really bad headaches if you use it to often, since that day Tony had offered for you to live with them at headquarters. Its nice everyone is always nice to you, but you usually just try ot stay out of there way. You knew they had very important missions to go on and you would come along when Tony asked but other than that you just kinda chilled out, worked on self control you found that you power was controlled by your emotions. So you tried to say as calm and collected as you could which was pretty easy most of the time. Some time loki would piss you off but a quick smack would usually shut him up, since living with these people you would spend alot of time with Steve.
The days that he would be free he would come hang out with you which was really nice and you enjoyed the company, he was always sweet and even when he would make fun of you it was always really funny. You would act hurt and he would immediately say sorry it was cute how much he cared, it was kind of funny you two never seemed to be that far from each other. You didn't seem to notice or mind until his missions when he'd leave for months at a time, you were sad but you knew it was for the best.
