It had been about 1 year since y'all 'started over' and well... it was the most passive aggressive friendship you'd ever been in. Most of your conversations were petty bickering, and small fits of aggression. Lately these bickering sessions were more aggressive, but you liked it some how.
The constant tension was entertaining and so was the things you'd do to confuse and piss him off. Right now you were walking the recreational area, to chill out after a long day of doing nothing. As you walk in you noticed that loki was sitting of the couch reading. You smiled to yourself, you had an idea "oh hey jackass, didn't know they let animals into the building" you said with a snicker as you walked over to thr couch and sat down.
"Oh y/n darling what a surprise, I didn't know they let poor people in here" he said not even looking up from his book. I smiled and rolled my eyes look "yeah, yeah no one cares you have daddy issues get over yourself" you said as you pulled out your phone. He looked up from his book and gave you a dirty look, then tried to go back to reading.
You decided to mess with him since you two were the onlyones there you smiled, crawling over to loki. As you crawled across the couch he didn't even flinch or look up, "oh loki don't be like that, you know you love me." You said as you said as you sat on your legs leaning forward to speak in his ear "give me attention" you whispered in his ear, you warm breath giving him goosebumps.
Pulling away you watch his internally panic, almost unable to comprehend what you just said. He slowly turned his head tward you, "excuse you?" He said looking at you, "what?" I said acting as of what you just did was completely normal. Loki put his book down and sighed " and why on earth would I ever give the likes of you attention" he said trying to act as snarky as possible.
"Ok fine ill just go ask thor for attention" you said as you got up "he seems to like me" you said giving him a shit eating grin. As you walked past him you felt forced yank you down, falling back onto the couch. Seeing loki above you suddenly, his face annoyed and serious " that was dirty, you know I'm nothing but nice to you and yet you still try to fight me" he said looking down at you. You place a hand on his cheek lifting your head up so your faces were so close you could feel his breath on you.
Looking down at his lips "maybe I like to fight you, maybe I like how you react when I tease you" you got a little closer and you felt him freeze above you, looking up onto his eyes he looked so surprised and confused. You couldn't keep a straight face anymore you started to crack up and laugh. " oh my god you looked so conflicted" you couldn't help but laugh.
You felt him relaxed but you could feel the glare he gave you "don't look at me like that, you do the same shit all the time" you said with a smirk. "Yes well when I did it, it's not so sudden and aggressive" he said annoyed. You tap his face "oh you loved it, besides i did get what I want" you said with a smirk." That being what exactly?" He asked still above you "attention, jackass. Now get off i want to watch some TV" you said slightly pushing on him, but he didn't move.
"Oh y/n darling you can't get out of this just like that, since you want attention. I'll provide, but maybe you can't handle the attention I plan to give you" loki said as he looked down at you, smirk slightly. You were looking up at him slightly confused then realized what was happening. "Oh thats cute but hon you couldn't handle me even if you tried" you said pulling yourself from underneath him.
He laughed, standing up "please don't flatter yourself, I'm a god remember? There's nothing you could throw at me that I couldn't handle" grabbing his book and walking away. He left you there annoyed and secretly flustered. "Dickhead" you mumble to yourself.
