This story begins in the year 1864, when the prophesized children were beginning to be born.
First came Pailet Arbore. She was born into a peasant family. Next, princess Rolchelse May. She was born into the royal family of the kingdom of Enchantia.
Then, a set of twins born into a farming family. Their names were Taileta and Ambeli Pluse.
And, finally, Miguel Hatok and Marcus Maori. Both were born into servant families.
One day a fairy visited each of them in a dream. Bestowing a gift unto each of them. But they wouldn't receive that gift until years later. On their 23rd birthday, to be exact.
In the year 1883, when they were all adults, the fairy visited them in a dream once again. Taking them to a forest and disappearing.
The very next day, they traveled far to find that forest. Coming to a clearing they met each other and the fairy.
"I knew that vision would lead you all here," the fairy spoke in a soothing voice. "I am Meliopat. The fairy of All Magic. I have watching over each and every one of you since the day you were born. Each of you were spoke of years before you were born. You are prophesized to bring about the first school of magic and end the war between the species."
They all looked at the fairy, too stunned to speak, until the princess spoke up.
"But... I doubt that any of us are magical," she said, then muttered, "or that this is even real."
"How can we run a magic school?" Pailet asked.
"Excellent question," the fairy began. "And your answer is simple. First of all, this is all real. You're not dreaming. You're not imagining things. This is all 100% real. Now when each of you were born, I was there and I bestowed a gift upon each of you."
"What kinds of gifts?" Ambeli asked.
"Well Ambeli... you and your sister have the gift of the wand. Princess Rochelse you have the power of the fae. Miguel you have the gift of the moon," the fairy began. " Prince Miguel you have the gift of the giant. And Pailet you have the gift of the blood."
"But why did you choose us?" Pailet asked.
"Because you are the chosen ones. You were each born during the half sun hour of the eclipse."
"But why do we have to do this?" Rochelse questioned.
"Well you don't. But then the prophet won't be fulfilled and the planets will go off course and destroy everything you all hold dear."
"Oh," they all said in unison.
"Now as long as there are no more questions, I would like for you all to follow me," the fairy spoke and then flew away.
They each followed the fairy. And after what felt like 6 hours to their human legs, the fairy stopped.
She then reached her hands into the air and began speaking in an odd tongue, that even prince Marcuse and princess Rochelse didn't understand.
After about a minute, they each began to rise up into the air.
Princess Rochelse was surrounded by fire as a beautiful pair of fairy wings grow out of her back.
Pailet was showered in blood as she became a vampire.
Miguel was encased in moonlight as he transformed into a werewolf.
Marcuse was given the gift of the giant.
And the twins became witches.
Then, a castle grew from the ground as trees cleared and the fairy's chant came to an end.
As the chant ended, everyone came back to the ground and the fairy spoke.
"Now you all have your abilities. And I urge you to use them wisely. Do not abuse your powers and you shall be allowed to live freely," she said. "Now follow me as your new lives are about to begin."
And they followed the fairy into the castle to begin their magical lives.
