" Everyone keeps trying to put you in one box. And you fit, or you don't, or you pretend to. But any way you look at it, it's a fucking box. It's a fucking box, like the box they'll bury you in. "

Bailey tapped the top of her steering wheel as she drove to her house, kicking herself for leaving her wraps there after she'd washed them. She pulled up in her driveway, leaving her car running as she slid out and jogged toward the door. They'd gotten a Get Out of Jail Free card once they'd gotten back to the school, allowing her to leave early to head to the gym.

She pushed opened her front door and strode inside, making a beeline for the laundry. She searched through the basket of washing upon the counter, muttering to herself as she tried to find the black wraps with the little light she had. Bailey jumped when the lights suddenly turned on, looking to the doorway to find Taylor standing there.

'Hey,' He greeted.

'Hey,' She mumbled in reply; 'What're you doing here?'

'We got back early.'

'From where? Indonesia or Bali for the drug smuggling?'

'Bailey, you know that's not what I do.'

She let out a scoff, yanking her wraps from the basket before quickly wrapping them into a ball.

'You heading to the gym?' The man queried.

'Yeh, what's it to you?' She turned to him.

'Nothing. Just asking.'

'Where's the witch?'

'Upstairs asleep. She hasn't been well lately.'

'Detoxing?'

'No. The flu.'

'Ah. You have fun with that. I guess I'll be staying with Jenny and Harris because I can't afford to get sick right now.'

'You heard back from the college yet?'

'No. And you're the last person I'd tell.'

He nodded, stepping out of the doorway to let her past. She walked away without looking back, pulling the front door shut behind her as she left the house.

Music blared through the speakers on the walls around the ring, Bailey and Tony fighting one another in the middle of it. Caleb watched from the floor, correcting and guiding them as they went at one another. Bailey swung her fist, Tony dodging it only to be be met by her other fist as he left himself unguarded for a second.

'Oh, you think you're good, huh?' Tony teased as he bounced on his toes.

'I got you good,' She grinned.
