pearl check steven forehead then removed her hand from it , she sigh and then look at him .

pearl " sorry steven you under weather "

steven cough again and then look at the ceiling those glowing stars he had since he was 12 . pearl and garent leave his room and it was just steven and amethyst .

amethyst " let think about somthing other then sick "

steven coughed hard, then he fallen asleep .
- pearl pov -
I wacth amethyst come down the stairs and I smiled .
Amethyst " he asleep "
Pearl " he needs rest  , garnet can you go to the store and pick up some soup and some medicine "
Garnet " sure "
Hours later I walk up the stairs to Steven room with a bowl of soup and some checkers , I shake him a bit and he woken up and wave a little .
Pearl " come on sit up I got you some soup and garnet went got some medicine "
Steven slowly sat up, he cough in his elbow , I got his portable desk and put his soup on it .
Pearl " eat please , it chicken soup "
He ate and then I turn on his tv , I rub his hair and left .i was walking down stairs and I felt my gem vibrating , I pull out my phone out my gem and answer the call .

Pearl : hello Greg
Greg : hey pearl how Steven ?
Pearl : he has a little fever , was he feeling like this yesterday ?
Greg: yes he was he was coughing from time to time , do you guys need anything from the store ?
Pearl : a case of water , more cans of soup , and something to keep him busy
Greg : ok I be there in an hour
I hang up the phone and saw amethyst looking at a chess game and a puzzle .
Pearl " amethyst what you doing "
Amethyst " I'm going to keep Steven busy till Greg comes "
Pearl " ok , let me get his bowl first "
I walk back up to Steven room , he was wacthing tv I smile and then grab his bowl and wipe his chinken soup mouth . I went back down stairs and put the soup in the microwave for dinner.
- Amethyst POV -
I went to Steven room and went to his bed with a chess board , lion curled up on his floor .
Amethyst " dude want to play "
Steven nodded his head , I open the chess board I even ask which color he want to be and he pick black . We played chess for hours he loved it , I missed my little bro smiled .
- no one POV-
Ask the day turn into night , the next morning Steven was back to him self . Pearl check his forehead again and smile .
Pearl " look like it was a 48 hour bug Steven "
Steven nodded and smile .
Au: This chapter was inspired by my cat  he is actually sneezing because allergic and that got me thinking to do chapter 14 and this one with Steven under the weather . Anywho here a pic of my little under the weather boy
