Chapter 48: Busted

Jungkook's POV

I was woken up by my hyungs' commotion. I get out of my room to see what causes their commotion.

They are all panicking.

"Hyungs you're so noisy. What are you doing?!" I grunted and was about to go back to my bed.

"Yah Jungkook it's about you! We told you not to go out with rosé right? You never listens." Namjoon hyung sternly said.

My heart skipped a beat because of nervousness and went to their direction.

Then I saw our pictures on the laptop. It shows me and Rosé at the restaurant and at the mall walking while holding hands. The photo of my car fetching her is also there and it's on viral.

I got froze all of a sudden. I don't know what will I do. I'm the one who insisted to go out. Now Rosé's career is at risk.

While I was at freeze.. I got a call from pd-nim. My hands were trembling while looking at it's caller ID. My hyungs saw it and got nervous too. They stayed and patted my shoulders to calm me down.

I took a deep breath before answering the call.

"Yes pd-nim?" I said and I heard a deep sigh on the other line.

"I want you in my office Jungkook."

His voice is serious so I just didn't tried to say anything because I know that it was all about the pictures online.

The phone call ended and I prepared myself to go to the company to meet the CEO today.

The hyungs got the situation so they just patted my shoulders. I went to my room to get my coat and went outside again where our manager is waiting. He's going to drive me to the company.

While I am inside the car I can't keep thinking about what solutions am I going to make to protect her.

Then we arrived at the company. I immediately went to pd-nim's office.

I saw him sitting on his seat.

"I'm here pd-nim.." I said announcing my arrival.

"Take a seat Jungkook." He said when he saw me. His voice is serious.

I took a seat in front of his table. And was just waiting for him to speak.

"You must know the reason why I called you here right?" He said and I nodded with my head down low."So are the pictures true?" He asked me again.

I took a deep sigh before answering him.

"It's.. true.. pd-nim.." I said and admitted the pictures.

"In our company, there's no problem in dating as long as the other company is okay with it. But in your case, the involved company is YG. And we all know that they are implementing a dating ban and we can't do anything about that. I think this time they are already planning on how they will deny the issue." He added. I don't want to believe in any of his words but I can't do anything as for now.

"What will we do pd-nim?" I aksed him hoping to answer me something good.

"We can't do anything until they negotiate with our company. So I have to choose the side where I can protect my artist." He said and I just nodded

"You can go now.. I'll call you if I need something about the issue..." he said and I got up from my seat.

"Yes pd-nim." I said and left his office. I was about to leave the building when my phone rang. It's pd-nim...

"Yes pd-nim?" I answered the call.

"YG entertainment is asking for your presence at their company.." pd-nim said. My heart was thumping hard just thinking to face the strict CEO. "Don't worry Jungkook you'll be with your manager.." pd-nim  added.
