Chapter 50: Say Something

Rosé's POV

3 months have passed as fast as a beaming light. Tried and still trying to forget the painful break up. For these months we haven't seen each other and I was thankful that we haven't cross paths. I'm still not ready...

As for the moment we are at our dressing room preparing for the MAMA 30 minutes later. My make up artist is doing my make up while I am practicing my parts.

When we finished our makeup, the staff led us to our assigned seat. The other idols are already on their seats and just waiting for the event to start.

While walking towards our seat, I realized that we were going to pass through BTS's seat before we reach ours. That idea strucked me.

While we are getting closer and closer I tried to put my normal face and bowed to them like what we did to the other idols. But unfortunately these eyes of mine met the eyes of this man. Our eyes met for almost 5 seconds until Jennie unnie tapped my shoulder and snapped me out.

"Chae, you okay?" She asked me. I saw Lisa and Jisoo unnie are heading to our seat which was just next to BTS's.

"Y-yeah.. let's go.." I said and took my seat beside Lisa. I thought my heart would pop out because of hurt and surprise to see him and have an eye contact with him.

"Are you really okay? Your hands are cold." Jennie unnie asked me again and I just noticed it the time Jennie unnie noticed.

"I'm really fine. Just nervous, maybe.." I replied and thankfully she didn't asked another question.

The program started. While waiting for our turn to perform we are anticipating for the other idols that are performing until the fans got wild when this boygroup entered. Just then, I saw BTS. It's their turn to perform now.

He's so different on stage. He has strong and tough personality on cam but a delicate and sweet one off cam. While thinking of these, I didn't know that I was staring at him while he's performing. Which was exactly caught by the camera that causes the people to be cheerless for a second.

I flinched when I saw my face on the screen but it's focused on the BTS's performance before I could react. I turned to look at my unnies and Lisa. They all gave me a concern look and a grinning one.

"You'll be fine soon Chae.." Jisoo unnie said and rubbed my shoulder. I just nodded and gave them an assuring smile.

"I will be fine.. it'll be the last one.." I added and they all nodded.

Then after BTS's performance the staff told us to be prepared since we'll perform next. We headed at the backstage to fix our mics. But unexpectedly we met BTS at the backstage. They were extremely sweating. It makes me want to wipe his sweat..

I want to...

But I can't...

We bowed to them and smiled. They're about to leave when my one of my rings fell and roll over the floor which caused me to chase it until it bumped on one's shoe. My head bumped on to the person's body since I was ducking. I'm sure it's a man because of his shoes.

He picked up my ring and went back to his standing posture and I did the same too to get my ring from him.

In my surprise the man who keeps bothering my mind showed up...

Jungkook's POV

After our performance we met BLACKPINK at the backstage. They bowed and smiled while we did the same. I noticed that after they bowed to us Chaeyoung's head is kept low after that.
