Chapter 35~ Nanami's Spirit Animal

The next day~

Kaname: Students.... I am very pleased to see your progress recently...and I think you are now finally ready to own and control your personal spirit animal.

Before we go to the dungeon with me ....I want to tell you few things...
When we enter there, you will see many spirit animals, but you don't get to select them...your inner core power will attract your destined spirit animals...when a connection is made you will see a red string in your hand bind with the neck of your spirit animal....they will serve you and protect you till your last breathe.....at first they might not listen to you....and they will probably resist your command but you need to tame them...there are few very wild and clever spirit animals here too....they are kept in a separate room...we have not been able to control them either so try not to roam around when you enter the dungeon...if you happen to connect with one of them you won't be able to control and subdue them either.... they might to tempt towards them to choose them but resist their call...

Shiko: Sensei...you mean the spirit animals can talk?

Kaname: You can talk to them in your mind....they can't talk out like we do....well that is how you control them, you need to make them listen to you...yto your inner voice without letting your enemy know what you are saying. Some of the spirit animals are in their full body size here....while some in theur small sizes....that means if you tell them to...they can become small and its easier for you to carry them with you....for those of who end up getting  spirit animals that can fly it will be easier but for those who can't you have to call out for them and carry them with you.....As your inner core power increase...you will have the ability to even summon them out of thin air....because they can make themselves be invisible and be with you all the time without others noticing it...but when they are invisible their power is at their lowest so they need to become visible to protect you.

One thing you must always remember is that...you can let go off your spirit animal and free them but than you will never be able to to connect with any other spirit animal ever again.....if you cut off your string with your spirit animal no one would be able to bind them either....it would either go back where it came from or just roam around and hide itself somewhere and would slowly lose all its power as the days pass...then it would become a normal spirit animal without powers...

So, now everyone follow me to the dungeon...

The students went inside the castle into the secret dungeon room guided by the teachers and their masters....

Kakashi: Nanami stay by my side...

Nanami just nodded....since after she got out from the meeting room she had been calmer than ever... Kakashi tried to reach out to her during dinner but she kept ignoring him. Even today after the morning breakfast the same thing happened. Kakashi was worried about her...he talked with the masters and wanted to confirm if they really had told her the truth..they replied yes... He felt, she must be so confused right now..but when he saw her face...there wasn't a worry in her face...he just wanted her to talk to him but wanted to give her space too..

The students entered the dungeon.....they saw different spirit animals locked up in cages..some were on their small sizes and looked very cute....one by one the students started noticing a red string on their hand being tied around with a spirit animal...they were really excited...they were different kinds of spirit animals...some that fly ...some that could run and walk...some that could breathe out fire and some water and eind..... Nanami still hadn't connected with any spirit animal...but after a while she saw a red string on her hand....it wasn't tied around with any of the spirit animal in the dungeon....she followed the string....it led her to a locked room...they she heard someone whispered in her ear....Master...come inside...open the door...I am here..... help me...
Nanami wanted to tell the teachers but the voice she heard was tempting her..she couldn't help but open the door...the room was dark....she didn't want to enter there....she saw the red string was glowing which had made the room a little brighter....her string was tied to one of the spirit animal in a cage but she couldn't see what it was properly...she moved in little closer and saw it was a dragon!!!!!!!! A big dragon ...it was red in colour...it had closed its eyes....when she moved even closer..its opened its eyes and looked at her...its mouth looked like it was grinning at her....before she could move even closer...the dragon said.... Master....welcome to your worst nightmare.... and scratched her hand.....
Nanami let out a scream....the teachers heard the scream and looked around...Nanami wasn't there....they ran out of the dungeon to see the door to the untamed wild spirit animals had been opened...everyone's heart started racing...Kaname sensei quickly ran inside and saw Nanami lying in the floor bleeding from her arms....but...but...he saw a red string on her hand being tied to a spirit animal.....
