OMG! I love this Quote so much, it reminds me of back in the days, when in my first year in junior school and i was being pestered by one of my classmates and the person used to just bring me down and i just used to cry and just sulk all around.
But when i came across this Quote it made me feel like a new person and i made it to be one of my inner thoughts about myself. Let me give u an insight to what am saying. Have you ever heard that statement and then had someone pick you apart like a vulture picking the last bits of meat off a corpse? Sorry for the disgusting visual but that is what it feels like sometimes. You cannot defend or fight back can you?
for example: If your a student working on your dream, many will discourage, demotivate, scare you to give up on your dreams they will never come true. NEVER listen to them because they are trying to bring you down to their level.
your not actually meant to give a dime about what they are saying, because as the person said that the actual meaning is that if you do that they are scared that you would much more better than them, that is why they try all things possible to keep you far away from accomplishing that and which makes you feel sad. and that is when your mean't to boot back on and fight for your dreams , that is what i did and i know you can do much better.
When people are miserable with their own lives, they usually try to bring others down. I have learned through a lot of my experiences in life that a lot of hate and criticism is derived from those who aren't content with their own lives. Those who lack the confidence and esteem to make the decisions that they need to make for themselves, are usually the same ones who will watch and criticize every decision you make.
my mum told me about this Quote: "In life, you'll meet 2 kinds of people. The ones who build you up and the ones who tear you down. In the end, you'll thank them both."
and it is actually truth about life u would meet both your friends and your enemies and then u would be happy that u met them both, because they thought u good life lessons.
have this one in mind "People will hate you, rate you, shake you, and break you. But how strong you stand is what makes you."
