Things You Need To Quit❌❌

1. TRYING TO PLEASE EVERYONE: this is trying to tell us that we should quit trying to please someone the only person on this Earth that your meant to please is yourself and that means you should be happy with whatever your doing and don't allow people to choose anything for you because they ain't worth it. Well this is very important because it show us that if you try and please others that means your a people pleaser, which means you don't have your own decisions that you make by your self and you don't even know that the people that you even try to please don't really like you for who you truly are.


2. FEARING CHANGE: The fear of change or changing things is called Metathesiophobia. It is often linked with Tropophobia which is the fear of moving. The origin of the word Metathesiophobia comes from Greek 'meta' meaning change and Phobos meaning fear. this is trying to tell us that we need to quit fearing change, if you fell you want to change from a bad person to a good person, then you have to accept that change and move on with life like that, with positive things around u, u know this is not where your going to spend your eternal life forever.

3. LIVING IN THE PAST: to think too much about something that happened in the past. I  was like this before, i could remember every little bad thing that my friends they used to do, i know that it used to make me so sick, but i don't know i kept on with that and i noticed that i was not doing well in my studies and then i decided to stop what i was doing and then i stopped keeping malice and focusing on the past and i started to do well academically, emotionally, spiritually and physically.


4. PUTTING YOUR SELF DOWN: well this can be explained, by quitting being pompous which is an evil thing in the sight of God, you have to put yourself down. to be on people's level, so that they would not think your just there to show off. And if u try and put your self down, this would make people to like you for who u are , instead of you faking all the time to get noticed, it is what it is.


5. OVERTHINKING: Stop over..thinking you guys it ain't good for your brains, it just adds up so many bad memories from the past and it can even cause emotional trauma which is not good for our heads and that is so bad, we think, we don't even know what is happening around us, we only think about that specific matter that continues to tear you down pieces by pieces and then BOOM! your not yourself anymore, which does not even benefit anything. Just stop overthinking and stressing yourself and start thinking about the positive things that can come out from whatever your doing.
