Part 26

At Smoky Ridge.

Xander was posing for photos when Liela said. "Aright you can turn back now I'm done."

"How about we go back to the cabin?" Xander asked seductively.

"Sure , but only if you help me clean up first." She responded. Xander did and after that they went to the bedroom.

"Xander I think...nevermind." Liela stopped.

"No what is it?" He asked.

"I think mom's afraid of me , or something. That's why I don't want to talk to her." Liela explained.

"I don't think she is." Xander said confortly.

"My parents are different from your mom. I'm sure it would throw off anyone if their kid turned into an animal for the first time or well humans anyway. You should have seen the way she was looking at me." Liela said.

"How did she look at you ?" Xander asked with compassion.

"She looked at me like I was a freak. Only after I was a cat and only when she thought I wasn't looking. My dad looked at me with care and concern. It felt like he knew what I was going to through." She explained.

"Maybe he did." Xander said.

"I don't know. I feel like I would know by now if he was a shifter. I'm sure he couldn't be. My mom would know. Right?" She contantplanted.

"Who knows , but let's not worry about that right now." Xander suggested.

"Yeah I think you're right away are you going to tell me what your plan is for the photo shoot? It's still light out?" Liela questioned.

"Yeah. Just stay here, I'll be right back." Xander said as he dashed out of the room.

"Where are you going?" She asked.

"You'll see!" He shouted back. After a couple minutes he came back in the room with a beautiful dress. It was a long sparkly dress. Her eyes changed to cat eyes as she looked mesmerized by it . Xander smiled to see her reaction to it. "I thought you would like it , and I love every part of you , but we don't want your cat eyes on camera do we." He said with a smile.

"Sorry. Where did you get it , and when?" Liela asked.

"The first part's a secret , and as for the second I got it a month ago before..." Xander looked down for a minute then looked up and smiled.

"Yeah I know what you mean, but this dress is too beautiful to take pictures here." Liela commented.

"I know which is why I got this." He said and then held up a short white sundress.

"So what's the other one for?" She asked.

"You'll see but for now put this on. Here I'll help you." Xander said with a grin.

"You know I can dress myself." She said.

"I know , but it's more fun this way." Xander said.

Luca and Dean were working on a house, they were repainting it ,and were the only one's there. They started talking about how they came to terms with everything that had happened in the last few weeks.

"So how have you been dealing with this?" Luca asked.

"Well I guess better than before. Now that I can control myself better." Dean said.

"What do you mean?" Luca asked.

"Well the first few days after the camping trip. I was struggling to control the animal part." Dean tried to explain.
