In the morning Dean woke up before Stacy did and got up without waking her and went to the living room and took out his phone and started looking up information about hedgehogs since he did not know much. He ended up looking on a site about the sign of pregnancy. He also was looking up human pregnancy information assuming that there was a mix of it since she was a shifter. He found out that hedgehogs can have up to five hoglets at a time , and also it was hard to tell if a hedgehog is pregnant. Well that part is not the same. He thought as he read it. Dean was wondering just how much of each type of pregnancy was for a shifter like her. He was a little worried and felt bad about it , but couldn't help but think about just how many babies she would have or they would have , and how or what they would be. Would they be like how things turned out with his brother and himself or different? His thoughts started spiraling when he heard footsteps, little fast ones and saw his girlfriend by his feet as a little hedgehog . She was looking at him and then turned back. Her stomach had grown even more than before and he wondered if it hurt the baby or babies when she changed forms. "So I see you have done some research." Stacy said as she pointed to his phone. Before he could say anything she started talking. "Well as I'm sure you're wondering . Yes I am pregnant with more than one baby , and no I don't know how many all I know is that it's nearly impossible for someone like me to only have one baby at a time let alone the first time. I have to call the doctor , but I can wait a little while. I can tell you don't know much about shifter's even if you are one." He nodded then she sat down next to him and continued. "How these kinds of mixed pregnancy work is determined by what type of shifter the mother is." She put her hand on her stomach and looked him in the eyes.

"So how does it work for you?" Dean asked.

"Well usually the babies start growing fast to the point of where a human pregnancy would be after three days." She explained.

"What about shifting? Does that hurt the babies?" He asked, still unsure , and concerned.

"No. I should really call the doctor now." Stacy got up to get her phone.

"How can you explain what's happening to a doctor?" He asked with concern.

"She's not a human , you really don't know much do you." She said as she dialed the number.

Shortly after Stacy the doctor had called the doctor had come. She told Dean to go in a different room while she was at work. The doctor was an older woman who seemed to put work first.

After a while She called Dean back in the room when she was performing some weird kind of proseeder.

"Stacy told me she wants you to know how many and what gender your babies are." The doctor explained , because Stacy was currently a hedgehog laying on her back. " Three. One of each and I can not determine the gender of the third one." The doctor said bluntly.

Dean felt his stomach drop , but kept a calm face for a few reasons. One of which was he thought the doctor might rip his head off. She finished shortly after that and said that the babies would be due in about 30-35 days and told them to keep Stacy inside until she had the babies for reasons he understood . The doctor told them not to worry that she did not start showing until yesterday. "Mixed babies can be tricky like that. I will be back in four days to make sure everything looks alright. Stacy you should get some rest now." The doctor said then after Stacy left. "Be ready for her to go into labor or have the babies right away in 10-12 days." She whispered to Dean.

"What? I thought you said 30-35 days?" He whispered his question.

"Of course I did if I told her the real time frame she could go into early labor. She's carrying mixed babies with a mixed breed as the father. It causes all sorts of problems with the time frame I can also tell you're not as comfortable with the animal part of yourself. Trust me she will be okay and so will your babies if I were you I started shopping now." She explained.
