Thomas' PoV
I was sitting on my sofa when Deceit appeared in front of me, "golly gosh. You scared the living tombstones out of me!" I shout clutching my chest, laughing. "Sorry, I came to explain why is said to Virgil I was fine, and why he shivered." He said, explaining. I nod, Deceit smiled sitting beside me. "He's been able to tell when people are anxious or worried, he describes it as a brease and the more worried someone is the stronger the brease gets. It is good that he can do that again." Deceit finished, I nod along.

We carry on talking for awhile about random things, that was until Virgil rose up, sitting beside Deceit and nuzzled into his neck. I chuckle at his childish ways, then a question came to mind. "Why is he so childish, like, he acts like a really young kid? Yet he has the body of a grown man." I ask, Deceit looked like he was thinking for a moment, "I think it's because he was younger when he was like this." He said, ruffling Virgil's hair. I lean back on the sofa, and put on a movie.

~time skip~

About an hour into the movie, Deceit had fallen asleep and Virgil was curled up beside me, engulfed in the movie. I couldn't help but smile, that was until "Hey Kiddo, I was wondering if you knew where Logan was?" Patton asked popping up. I look down at Virgil, I could feel him shaking, his eyes screwed shut. "It's alright Virge." I wrap my arm around him.

"Oh, gosh. I'm sorry, I didn't know Virgil was with you. I'll go."

Virgil's PoV
I snuggle closer, waiting for Morality to leave. "Patton, why don't you say hi to Virgil." I flinch slightly, "cmon Virgil, look up and say hi." I hesitate but look up, "hi kiddo." Morality waves at me, I gulp but wave back. "Do you want a cookie?" He offered, the kindness and patience in his eyes was somewhat calming. Before I could think I nodded, and like magic he had a cookie in his hand. He knelt down, outstretching his arm offering the cookie. I hesitantly take, and nibble it. My eyes widen as the taste envelopes my mouth. I shove the rest in my mouth, enjoying the taste.

I look back at Morality who had a small smile on his face, maybe he's not so bad. "Looks like someone's has gotten comfortable." Thomas says, I didn't even realise I was sitting up looking at Morality. "W-Why are you b-being so nice? I t-thought you h-hated t-the darksides. I t-thought you hated u-us Morality."

Pattons PoV
My heart broke, he sounded so scared. I smile slightly, "that was in the past, and please, call me Patton. I promise you can trust me." Virgil hesitantly nodded, "you promise?" Virgil asked, I smile warmly "I promise." Virgil returned the smile. "Someone's made a friend." I look up and see Deceit awake, "I hope the spider legs don't put you off." As he said that, I noticed the spider legs. I gulp, "they're fine." I say shakily.

I then remember why I came up here, "Deceit, do you know where Logan is?" I ask, Deceit nodded. "Yeah, he's with Remus." I thank him and sink out.

Deceits PoV
Virgil looked about ready to pass out, "Thanks Thomas, for tonight, I think me and Virgil needed the break." Thomas nodded, "anytime." I stand up with Virgil, who was yawning. "See you tomorrow." I say sinking out.
