"N-No! Don't leave me! No!" The boy screamed as his hand shot out, only to toxicly brush against air in pure devastation and sheer agony as tears fled from his eyes and harshly crashed onto the ground that was no longer in his control, for he had lost what made him feel like treasure.

I woke frantically with a small screech. My chest was pounding, my body was sweating, my covers were on the ground. Looking around, I saw dimness everywhere. It must be around five AM. Groaning, I raise a hand to my head, holding it as it throbbed erratically. A nightmare? These are ...unusual for me. The last nightmare I had was when I first joined the Survey Corps. My head was still throbbing with pain, and my vision wasn't exactly clear, to say. Sighing, I stood up.

There was no way that I'd fall back asleep, so I might as well treat to my head ache. Not bothering to make my bed at least a tiny bit before leaving my room and leaving my door open. As I yawned and walked down the stairs, I shook my head rubbing my eyes, somewhat confused. I thought I had heard a series of 'dunks', but I wasn't sure. I could've easily been hearing things, seeing as I was still a bit doozey. Continueing down the stairs, I am now pretty sure that I heard foot steps. As I set my hand on the door knob leading to the main hallway, I gasp and, embarassingly, shriek a bit, as the door opens towards the hallway. My hand is still latched onto the door knob, causing me to be viciously yanked into the hallway. Without a doubt, whoever was on the other side was pretty damn strong to be able to open the door and pull me along with it, too. See, this door opens both ways, and I was pulling the complete opposite way of the way the other person was pulling, yet this person still managed to somehow pull it open without trouble.

As I was pulled forward, my hand finally let go, and I cringed. The burning sensation on my hand wasn't something I'd exactly like to feel after being tugged. My eyes widened as I felt a sharp pain in my ankle. Fuck, I tripped. Whoever was on the other side was about to endure extreme pain as I fell onto them. Or, ...not. I guess I shouldn't have underestimated the other person, seeing as they were strong enough to pull the door open with no problem, they were probably strong enough to push me aside, because obviously, they were in a hurry. A loud, but deep voiced, groan came from the other person. I only saw a flash of black hair as I was hurled onto the stairs, the other person falling on top of me. My eyes shut tight, I groaned loudly in pain."Ymir ...?" I mumbled out, wondering if she was the one who smashed into me.

"E-Eren?!" I hear a familiar, deep voice hiss out.

Opening my eyes, they soon widened when I realized who it was. "Captain Levi?!"

The Captain nervously swallowed, his face reddening a bit as he crawled off of me once more, "Sorry .." As he got up, his arm shot out. I gladly took it and heaved myself up.

"Jesus, what was that about?" I asked, somewhat annoyed.

"I- ...I heard you scream so I thought that ..something was-"

I groaned and shook my head, immediately regretting doing so. "Gah!" My hand shot up to hold my head. My head ache had gotten worse with all that chaos. "No, nothing's wrong, Levi!" Glaring at him, he backed up a bit. "Nothing except my huge head ache!" I hissed.

Levi's face went pale as I spat out at him, him scanning my face. "S-Sorry ...Did I give you a head ache? Did I hurt you?" He asked worriedly.

"No! It's not like you could've given me a concussion, or anything!" I yelled out at him, cringing immediately. My yelling was only making my head ache worse.

Levi slightly frowned, "Look, I'm sorry! I'll get you some water, or something, o-okay?"

"No, don't. I'll be fine."

"No, really, come on-"

"Levi, no! I'm fine!"

Levi didn't respond after that. My eyes scanned over him. When I had done so, my face immediately softened as I noticed how hurt he looked. His jaw was twitching, and his eyes were watery, and red.

"L-Levi .." I whispered, biting my lip.

He only slightly shook his head, then frowned. "I need to go."

"Wait, I didn't mean to-"

"No, it's ... I have paperwork."

Even though Levi probably wasn't lying about his paperwork, or was, I knew he just wished to get away from me, even though he looked hesitant. Levi walked out the door, and all I heard were soft, but firm, foot steps.

I lazily slumped back down onto the lowest stair step. Swallowing hard, I bit on my lip. Squeezing my eyes shut and hiding my face into my arms, which were rested on my knees. I felt one tear fall, then another. Then continuous sobbing as my head ache worsened.
