Richie woke up to the beeping sound of his alarm, oh and the sun that was beaming through his window onto his body.

"Fuck," Richie whispered to himself as he struggled to drag his body so he was sitting upright. He didn't even realise Eddie was there until he went to turn off his alarm. "Oh-"

"Eds," Richie spoke as he gently put both hands onto the boys shoulders and shook him a little. "Edddieeee Spaghettiiiiii."

"Hm," Eddie hummed tiredly, his eyes barely being able to stay open.

"We've got to get ready for school Eds, it's already 7:30."

"Fuck," Eddie spoke as he turned his head quickly to check the alarm clock. Eddie pulled the cover off of his body and dragged his body out of the bed. "Can i borrow some clothes?"

Richie smirked. "I don't think i have any which would fit you Eds."

"Can you try look? For me?" Richie just playfully rolled his eyes while he hopped out of bed and went to look through his closet for any clothes. It didn't take long until he found a pair of skinny black jeans and a plain white tee.

"This is what i found," Richie spoke as he held up the clothes.

"Okay, they'll do."

The two of them spent the next half an hour getting ready and then rode their way to school. Well, Eddie went on the back of Richie's bike as he didn't bring his bike with him the night before.

"Billiam," Richie greeted as the two of them got to their locker, Bill was already there. "Were you snooping in my locker, sir?"

"Nuh-no," Bill scoffed. "I was waiting to shu-show you this." He held up a small piece of paper, it looked plain until Richie snatched it off him and flipped to the other side.
It read:

𝑃𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑦 𝑎𝑡 𝐺𝑟𝑒𝑡𝑡𝑎 𝐵𝑜𝑤𝑖𝑒'𝑠 ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑠𝑒
𝐹𝑟𝑖𝑑𝑎𝑦 𝑛𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡, 𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑠 𝑎𝑡 7𝑝𝑚
𝑏𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑑𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑘 𝑖𝑓 𝑢 𝑐𝑎𝑛

Richie's eyes widened after reading it, as well as Eddie who was reading the piece of paper over the boy's shoulder.

"Who gave this to you Bill?"

"This guh-girl in my social studies," the stuttering boy replied. "I d-ddd-dont know her nuh-name."

"You're not planning on going," Eddie groaned. "Are you?"

"Well, S-ss-stan said huh-he's fine with it."

"But we could get drunk? Or worse!" Richie chuckled a little and placed his hand on Eddie's shoulder, grinning at the boy from the side.

"Cmon Eds, you don't need to drink. I think it'll be fun," he suggested. Eddie shared a weary look between Bill and Richie, thinking about what could happen.

"We didn't even get an invitation though," Eddie argued. "Only Bill did."

"Wuh-well, the girl t-told me that i can br-bring others." Eddie huffed and looked towards Richie, in hope that the boy would agree with him. Richie looked back at him and threw his hands up in defence. "Hey! All i'm saying is i think we should go, it would be fun to live our lives a little. You know?"

"I guess?"

"Listen, you can tell your mum that you're staying at Bills," he suggested. "And if you don't like the party, i can always leave with you."

Eddie looked hesitant. "I- i guess? Fine. But i'm not getting drunk."

Bill and Richie shared a laugh before making their way through the crowded hallways. It was filled with teenagers cursing and yelling, Eddie hated it. He hated the fact that the party would be even worse than the hallways, but he trusted Bill and Richie. "Why do you guys want to go anyways?"

"It'll buh-be fun," Bill replied while the 3 of them carried on walking through the hallway.

"Big Bill here probably wants to get laid," Richie sniggered.

"G-gross, that's you Rich."

"Yeah? What if i do get laid," the tall boy shot back with a grin.

"You won't be getting laid," Eddie cut in. "You told me you'd take me back if i didn't like the party!" As the 3 of them arrived at their same class, Richie turned to gave Eddie before entering the room. A wide grin stuck on his smug face.

"You can always join in Eds."

"Beep fucking beep, Richie."
