Chapter 4 Hogwarts

Y/N: POV

When the train stops Ron, Harry, and I go out first and I see that half-giant from before. " 'first years 'his 'ay come on don't be shy 'first yers come now" He yells we walk over to him "Hi Hagrid"Harry greets "Whoa," Ron says as always when he sees something magical. The half-giant " 'Ello Y/n" Hagrid says I just smile.

He turns around and starts walking and we follow him to a lake with boats. "Four per boat, "Hagrid says. Ron, Harry, and I and a boy called Dean Thomas sit in one boat. When we get to the middle of the lake we see Hogwarts in the distance. We all sit in awe. "Isn't it beautiful?"I ask Harry who sits beside me. "Yeah you are," Harry says I turn to him blushing like no tomorrow and he was super red, "Sorry, "Harry says quickly and turns away and Ron nudged Harry with a teasing smile "Shut up," Harry says jokingly while he looks down.

We arrive at Hogwarts. soon we are taken to a woman called Professor McGonagall "In a few moments you will walk through these doors and join your classmates but before you need to get sorted into your houses they are, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin while you're here your house will be like your family the ceremony will begin momentarily, Please wait here" Mcgonagall says and she walks out. "So it's true what they're saying on the train Harry Potter has come to Hogwarts this is Crabe and Goyle," says a bleach blond-haired boy.

He walks in front of Harry who was in front of me "And I'm Malfoy, Draco Malfoy"Draco says I go to Harry's side while Draco says that and I giggle while Ron snickers and Draco turn to us and looks at Ron. "Think my name is funny, do you? No need to ask about yours red hair and a hand-me-down robe you must be a Weasley" He says our last name like venom "Dude your such a mean kid" I say while frowning.

He turned to me and his face turns soft for a second before turning into a frown "Oh look guys. Hogwarts got both the boy and girl who lived"Draco says with a laugh. I frown in confusion there are more whispers than before. He turns back to Harry "You will soon know that some wizarding families are better than others Potter, Y/n. You don't want to be friends with the wrong sort...I can help you there" Malfoy holds out his hand towards Harry and me "HEY! Idiot, I'm his sister!" I say gesturing to me and then Ron.

Malfoy turns his head to me "You look nothing like them, you have e/c eyes and h/c hair and not to mention your more or less faded scar and isn't it like three months between you?"Malfoy says I think about it and it's is only five months between us. "And? he's still my brother," I say while glaring at Malfoy. Then Professor McGonagall comes back and taps Malfoy on the shoulder and he moves out of the way. "We're ready for you now follow me," the professor says. We follow her into a huge room with four long tables with hundreds of kids from 12 to 17.

"It's not real, The ceiling it's just bewitched to look like the night sky. I read about it in Hogwarts A History" Hermoine says while we stop. "Wait along here please now before we begin Professor Dumbledore would like to say a few words, "McGonagall says Dumbledore stands up "I have a few starts of term notices I wish to announce. The first years please note that the dark forest is strictly forbidden to all students. Also, our caretaker, Mr Filch has asked me to remind you that the 3rd-floor corridor on the right-hand side is out of bounds to everyone who does not wish to die a most painful death. Thank you."Dumbledore says and he sits down again.

"When I call your name you will come forth and I will place the sorting hat on your head. Hermoine Granger"McGonagall says Hermoine walks forth and mutter to herself "Mental that one I'm telling you," Ron says to Harry I elbowed Ron's side and he mutters a 'sorry' I smile and nod and look back at Hermoine "GRYFFINDOR" The hat yells the Gryffindors cheer louder than the rest of the tables

"Susan Bones"          "HUFFLEPUFF"

"Draco Malfoy" "SLYTHERIN" yells the hat without touching Malfoys head

"Ronald Weasley" McGonagall and Ron walks up and the hat is placed on his head "AH! Another Weasley I Know Exactly Where To Put You, "the hat says

"GRYFFINDOR" the hat yells and I see Ron sigh with relife

"Harry Potter" as the name leaves McGonagall's lips the silence lies deep you can hear the whispers as he walks up and sits nervously the hat is placed on his head it takes a while as Harry whispers 'Not Slythrin' over and over longer then the other kids "GRYFFINDOR"The hat finally yells

"Y/N B-Weasley" 'she did the same as Ollivander...odd'I think while walking up to the stool and now I notice how it is Complete silence I sit on the stool and look over the awe-struck children. The hat is placed on my head 'hmm I haven't had an heiress since your mother and you look just like her except your eyes non of your parents had or have them and as loyal and brave as your father' 'what are you talking about I ask in my head 'oh nothing' it said in my head "oh better be"

"GRYFINDOR"

I am so relieved and I go down to Harry and Ron I sit beside Harry I don't like all the eyes on me so I found my comfort near him so fast. Ron laugh and lifts a brow and smiles while trying to take a chicken wing and a ghost pop his head through the plate I got a little frightened and without thinking I jump closer to Harry and I look at him and jump away from him a little and look down "Now I know you're nearly headless nick!"Ron says.

"I prefer sir Nickolas if you will," Nickolas says "Nearly headless? how can you be nearly headless?"Hermonie says "Like this"nick says and a disgusting noise is heard I don't bother to look at him because if I did I wouldn't be able to eat.
