Chapter 9 XMAS

Third: POV

Harry, Hermione, Y/n and Ron are walking along a path with Hagrid, talking."Nonsense! Why would Snape put a curse on Harry's and Y/n's broomsticks?"Hagrid asks the four. "Who knows? Why was he trying to get past that three-headed dog on Halloween?"Harry asks Hagrid turns to them, suspiciously. "Who told you about Fluffy?"Hagrid asks "Fluffy?"Y/n asks with a questioning face. "That thing has a name?"Hermione asks.

"Well, of course, he's got a name. He's mine. I bought him off an Irish feller I met down at the pub last year. Then I lent him to Dumbledore to guard the.."Hagrid trails off. "Yes?"Harry asks "Shouldn't have said that. No more questions! Don't ask any more questions. That's top-secret, that is" Hagrid says to the eleven-year-olds. "But, Hagrid, whatever Fluffy's guarding, Snape's trying to steal it, "Harry says.

"Codswallop. Professor Snape is a Hogwarts teacher"Hagrid says looking down at the four. "Hogwarts teacher or not, I know a spell when I see one. I've read all about them. You've got to keep eye contact and Snape wasn't blinking" Hermione says and Y/n rolls her eyes. "Exactly" Harry adds even more.

"Now, you listen to me, all four of you. You're meddling in things that ought not to be meddled in. It's dangerous. What that dog is guarding is strictly between Dumbledore and Nicholas Flamel" He says a little too much. Harry curious turns to Y/n then back to Hagrid. Hagrid then leaves, mumbling to himself "I should have not said that" "Nicholas Flamel?"Harry asks Hermonie. Y/n tried to answer "Nicholas Flamel the only known maker of the-"She got cut off by Malfoy "HEY Princess watch it!"Malfoy yells Y/n looks back.

Sees a tree falling at her 'stop stop stop!!' she thinks and it stops and Harry and Y/n move and let the tree fall to the ground. "Weird there are no trees here" Harry mumbled. The four look at Malfoy and he was alone. "No ''Thanks Draco for making me not get crushed by a tree"Malfoy mimics Y/n. she looks down and up at him "Thanks, Malfoy," She says and drags Harry away with Ron and Hermonie following behind.

Y/N: POV

It is now Christmas at Hogwarts, with snow falling. Hermione walks to the Great Hall entrance with her luggage and wearing a scarf next to me I see the boys playing wizard chess. "Knight to E5, "Harry says as I sit down next to him "Queen to E5"Ron demands and his queen destroys Harry's Knight. "That's totally barbaric!" Hermione says to Ron. "This is wizard's chess," I say with a smile. "I see you've packed, "Ron says looking at Hermione.

"See you haven't" she looks at Ron and me. "Change of plans, our parents decided to go to Romania to visit our brother Charlie. He's studying dragons there" Ron says proudly. "Good, you can help Harry, then. He's going to go and look in the library for information on Nicholas Flamel" Hermione says

'Godric I forgot to tell them I know I think.

"We've looked a hundred times," Ron says I look down and didn't take part in the conversation. "Not in the restricted section. Happy Christmas" Hermione says, I look up in shock and Hermione just walks away. "I think we've had a bad influence on her" Ron says I smack his head "No Salazar we have YOU have," I say while pointing at Harry and Ron.

It's Christmas morning and Ron and I are in the common room Ron is yelling for Harry to come down "Harry wake up Harry wake up!"Ron yells I sit there and wait for Harry to come down. "Only if Y/n is already there!" a really tired Harry says I blush "Yeah silly it's Christmas come here so we can open gifts!"I say hyper to open gifts.

After a moment Harry comes down "I have gifts?"Harry asks I nod with a smile. He runs down the stairs and hugs me and Ron in a group hug "Happy Christmas Harry!" I say super happy to spend Christmas with my brother and Harry.

We start opening the gifts Ron and I got things mostly from family I got Ron the rarest chocolate frog card of one famous wizard which is one of the four founders of Hogwarts. Harry got him a chessboard. "Y/n here," Harry says while handing me a box I take it and open it to find a locket necklace I took it out of the box and looked at it. It is heart-shaped in gold. "Open it!"Harry says with the cutest smile.

I smile at him and open it the first picture was me and Harry hugging when we won the quidditch match and the second my smile kinda faded a little it was a picture of a woman probably in mid-twenties in a tiara 'wait I have seen that tiara before it was in...my vault!' she looked like an older version of me with the hair and the features except for the eyes. I smile at the picture when I figured it was my real mother and grace my finger gently against the picture there was a tap on my head I look up and was met with green eyes. "Y/n are you okay?"Harry asks I look at him confused until I put my fingers on my cheek only now realises I'm crying I quickly wipe them.

"Yeah, where did you find this picture?"I ask Harry he smiles at me. "I asked Dumbeldore what you would want because he told me you act exactly like your mother and she never knew her twin or your aunt so I gave you this," he says. I smile and hug him and he hugs back "Thank you," I say still hugging him. *cough* I let go and look at Ron who is sitting there awkwardly I let out a laugh and remember Harry's gift that I made myself because I just learned I can form any solid like it was clay with my Telekinesis.

Harry: POV

Y/n gave me a box while smiling her beautiful smile. I opened the box to see a ring it was beautiful it looks like a snitch.

"Do you like it?" Y/n asks looking at me I nod and smile at her she smiles back"I made it" she adds me and Ron look at the ring again in awe Y/n laughs. "Thank you, "I say to her she smiles again. "Hey, Y/n Harry you both got one present left".

Y/N: POV

Me and Harry looks at the package for a while I decided to open mine. When I got it open it was a letter on some gift paper I read it out loud

"Your Mother left this in her will for you." 

That is all the letter says I move the gift paper and it was a book about Witches and Wizards with special powers. "Harry, umm what's that?"I ask because Harry opened his last gift a moment ago. "I-I don't know some sort of cloak"He answers I look at it and then him "well put it on!"Ron says with a huge grin on his face. Harry puts the cloak on and he turns invisible 'Oh my Godric it's an invisibility cloak' I think "I know what that is it's an invisibility cloak!"Ron says standing up in excitement. I smile at the boys while they are fricking out.
